  7. from what i can remember when the batteries have been changed, you have to hold both grey buttons down at the same time till the light goes out, then press the larger button twice. it is possible you may have to remove the batteries, press the buttons for a few secs to discharge, replace & repeat above. please note that the above depends on which shape fob it is, so may be done via a dipswitch in the alarm control unit, but worth a shot.
  8. if you want nice looking wheels, you have to pay for them, tight git  those wheels from luke are £650 + vat, 8.5j front, 10j rears, then you get your own tyres and save money :smash:

  13. as already said. its a very slightly modified standard bumper. all they have done is cut out the strips in the bottom side vents & its sprayed all one colour, thats why it looks different. on the 99 spec the indicators are a different shape anyway.
  14. he will more than likely reply to this thread later on mate. hes not on much during the day so give him time, or just send him a pm with a contact number & he will ring you.

  21. according to them, the main thing was engine mods really. both drivers are 35+, no points, no convictions, no claims, full NCB. i did have a claim on the car this year but was dealt with by solicitor & was non fault, so it doesnt count.
  22. 4.5k of that is to the off licence & back.:rofl:
  23. mark. the mileage dont bother me as its only going to be used in summer, or a very dry day throughout winter. its a second car anyway.
