  1. Why not run it to Mark Darby he's in Nottingham? Is there someone close who has a diagnostics consult. Like what's been said cheap one off eBay stay clear! What about a second hand one off a breaker? Just ideas. Also all other things like plugs & conectors ect. Sorry if u have done all of the above! Art
  2. I chose to put a delimiter on my imported TT. I cut the track & was done with one drop of solder. Not a messy job Lexx. Not everyone's choice but at least have the odometer reading as with all import documentation & MOTs Art213
  3. To save time when back in uk. I have to replace this hose (which I have) Got access to the top part of hose that goes onto the pump. & new copper compression washers. My help/advice is; What is required to fit the lower part of hose? It looks to be a screw type of attachment. Do I need to remove anything from under the car. Is there a seal for the bottom part of the hose? Any one change this hose before as it seems a common problem! Cheers Art
  4. Hi Joely, in Portugal till Sunday. Need to sort out replacing high pressure steering hose. Hoping to do this Monday 16! If I get it fixed I'll confirm then. Art

  7. Like any club the unsung hero's (committee team) they put in alot of their own time & effort in for the benefit of the members. I myself have received sound advice & nice comments. I agree also with Si & young Alic! Keep on Zedding :)

  10. Want to be Gaz as I have a high pressure steering pump hose that needs changing! Z been stood still for 3 weeks now!
  11. I'm in Albufeia till the 14 May. Weather cloudy! Like this for nxt four days! Went to Guia yesterday for Piri Piri chicken. Fantastic chicken. A bottle of wine €14! today sea bass!

    This Ben , Off on hols & back 17 of May got to replace a high pressure power steering hose. Then all systems go for a meet!
  15. What size crush washers are needed for the high pressure hose? The one that goes to the power steering pump. Cheers
  16. Well said Richard! My neighbour has a two year old boxter gts auto it sounds really good too! But my Z gets more interest! Mines an auto & have commented about auto/manwell before!

  21. Yes Alic it is, but that nut with a V on it is part of the pipe/hose that is leaking. It is part metal pipe & high pressure hose Mark Darby says to cracks were it goes down by the engine It is under all the other hoses!
  22. Just taken out intake hoses & the large plastic intercooler accordion hose to get to this which is a leaking pressure hose (i hope its the right pic)
  23. Probably says 2.3bar or 34psi for 225s Past threads 32 psi seems a likable pressure
