Thanks for the advice. Do you mean use a 5 volt battery and make a circuit with a bulb? If so how would i wire this?

The speed sensor is from a UK TT Manual and with the sensor out, held in a vice and the cog turned as fast as possible by passing a rope around it a multi meter showed 0.1-0.2 volt. My questions; what should the reading be?Is there another way to test it ? + how do you disemble it to inpect it ? Cheers Rich

Could well be front caliper pots binding..mine did this ;a mate of mine pulled the pots out ,cleaned and put them back in and,wow !!! the difference (car was much faster!!)they just got bad over time and I didn't notice until they were almost siezed now they have done it again so time for a refurb kit

Hi anyone help me with this ; on the standard rear spoiler on my Z the black strip above the lights is peeling and needs replacing, plus I'm after the Nissan 300zx , and twin turbo decals that go on top of it . Anyone know where I can pick this up from? Also, the charcoal grey striping that goes around the lower part of the car?

For me it had to be 300ZX TT UK Manual in RED...I still love this colour although it's great to see Zs in all the other colours on a meet

I think the best thing about the Z meets is seeing the people IN their OWN CARS, unless they can't take them for some mechanical reason. It's about DRIVING these cars. Otherwise we could all start taking a minibus and bring photos of our Z's. Man' we got to get this organised ,surely a Japanese car club should be about the CARS we are so proud of;getting them out , meeting up and half NAKED chicks sprawled across them would make it bit more interesting ...C'mon!!! This is the Z for F**K sake , it deserves more!

got the tracking done some time ago..it seems that was the problem back then as tyres aren't feathering like they did.All 4 need replacing soon so I will check it all out then

Hi Dan, i would like to come down for this one..Have you been to the Fox and (hounds?) at Scorrier,nr Redruth?(probably got it wrong)The others will remember it . I just liked it because we got really great photos in a line up of 9 Z's..good long car park ,good beer even the sun was shining.If this could be sorted especially the sun part of it...

The Fox and .....Scorriers???? Can't remember what it was called.We've been there before .Cornwall ..had a really good carpark for a line up of the cars!..Good pub ,great drive down;the only down-side was the Cornish....

Was a good run for the Z..bit of highway instead of all that town driving although wet and windy (and I kept having to pull over and wait for Lisa and Dave to catch up:)and then got to the pub following a grey tractor with rainbow sparkles via a farm track so turned up with chickens and hay bales stuck everywhere to the MUD and then there were so many Zeders there,hard to remember all the names but amongst some of faces I remember Funky Si, Gezz ,Old Zed and then Lisa and Dave turned up later on the tow truck. Good to see you guys and the waitress fancied me
