  1. Excellent news mate, looking forward to seeing it in the UK.
  2. It may be better to ask what pin positions these wires are in as there a few wires the same colour in the ECU harness. I'm sure I had a wiring diagram somewhere but won't be home from work till much later, I'll check back and if no one has posted I'll dig it out.
  3. Forgot to say that was Thor so it's RWHP or somewhere between the two. RHHP (Rear Hub Horse Power)
  4. I think it's becuase Chunky got banned lol.
  5. Most of the free ones either have a watermark placed in the center during the conversion or you will only be able to convert 1/3 of the total length. I recently purchased AVS media conversion for £20 off the internet which allows you to convert pretty much any video or audio file to anything else. I bought it for video but it also works converting itunes stuff.
  6. A cut down set of spanners are probably required as well.
  7. I think as long as the offset is greater than 35 you will also clear the calipers. I'm sure it's 35, someone correct me if I'm wrong.
  8. A few years ago, I managed 374 BHP at thor with the following: Apexi induction Custom 3" exhaust (decatted - test pipes). JWT chip Boost controller running 16 psi Howe Rad Greddy IC's Electric Fan Lightweight underpulley Skimmed and ported heads Standard injectors, standard pistons and internals, standard turbo's.
  9. So did it move from park when you pressed the brake pedal ?. I know some cars have a tilt sensor that only lets you release it from park if the brake is pressed but this only occurs when you are on a slope. However I've never seen or heard of it on a 300zx before.
  10. Oh Billing 04 !!!, I think that was my last meet I went to with Smoke coming out the back of my car from the turbo :) !!!!. Would bring back some nice memories if anyone has a pic of my car at Billing '04.
  11. hmm, I know the photo you mean I think. That's the pond I built my dad. Photo shop the life out of it mate, what's the worst you can do :). Don't worry I still won't post the banjo vid ;). I found one of you with a replacement head, I think it was that small dog you had, also found another one of the same dog inside the washing machine, but I can't remember what the hell was going on with that !. lol
  12. Dam the 300zx rear led lights for the 300zx are very expensive at almost $1500 a set.
  13. If no luck there I know a place on the A127 called Red line imports that deal with all jap import cars, a few 300zx owners I know use him, he's quick reliable and not very expensive ( I wish I'd used him for my engine rebuild.. hindsight is great).
  14. If you are going to wire them up, Be very careful. I remember when I first got my 300zx back in '02 I tried to wire them up to the rear tail lights. Simple enough I thought but ended up blowing the controller unit that sits in the drivers side rear pannel in the boot. It took me ages to find out what the problem was and at the time I didn;t even know about the controller unit. I tried changing fuses and in the end had to work my way back form the rear lights with a multi meter to find out where the power stopped. Found it entering this little black box in the boot and then nothing coming out of it. Managed to get a 2nd hand one form AndyZ and tried again this time putting low amp inline fuses between the box and the lights. 3 fuses later I got it right. Turned out that someone who fitted a fog light after the car was imported made a right hash of the wiring. So before you wire these up have a spare box handy just incase (about £10 2nd hand), and make sure you go over the wiring diagram with a multi meter.
  15. We have ourselves a new Photoshop guru :)
  16. I can't remember who this is ??
  17. If you are thinking of chaning the air filtre, then Apexi is the way to go. It's the smallest but also one of the best for the 300zx. As Pete says above, whether you change it or not, get yourself a plastic engine guard or at least the one that sits below the air intake.
  18. I'm quite happy to post it up as long as Mac says yes, but the chances of that happening are quite slim.
  19. That was probably mr turner's tent. It may have been a summer shorts special that got his attention. I don;t have the pic of the inside of that tent though :)
  20. Hmmm, the background of some of these pics are a little intersting !!!
  21. Yeah, you are right I did, and I'll keep it even after all these years. Sorry guys no banjo vid. I just reminded myself of a member called "Arms" lol, that was funny I'm going to have to see if I can find any old post by him on this forum.
  22. It's Johnboy form Kent. He had a few 300zx's then bought a 350.
  23. The Banjo man only includes Mac. I made it a long long time ago, but it never went public on the forum, I think I showed it Mac and one other person via messenger, but that one other person showed it to another who may hae showed it to a few others, still never made the forums though.
  24. You know you loved it really :) Lots of memories from way back then, nothing but fun though !
