you have to take the back rest of the seats off first (4 bolts holding it in place). Pull the seat down and undo the bolts then just pull the base of the seat up (may need a bit of a tug, but it will come up).

I have a powerflow on mine, Although there was a little confusion to which tail pipes I wanted. They put 3" quads on rather than 4" quads, they gave me a large discount for it. I love the sound of my zorst and the best thing about powerflow is not only can you specify the tail pipes you want, you can also specify the pipe diameter (I went for 3" pipe, I think mongoose is only 2.5"). And you can also specify what sound you want i.e. how loud. I only kept the back boxes in as I like a nice meaty roar !!!. I'm very happy with the service and haven't had any problems with it at all. Also comes with lifetime guarantee, which I think also applies to mongoose. If you want a custom zorst that is different from most other Z's out there go with powerflow.

Jock, Do you have traction control fitted ? I've had a rev limiter set itself for no reason before, about 4,500 rpm. Which is the same as my wet launch settings. I thought this was a little strange so I disconnected the TC and it disapeared. The box was playing up. Reinstalled the settings and all was well again.

Need some help. As most of you know I recently purchased another 300zx. I picked this car up at a good price, as it had never been registered in this country and the guy just wanted to make his money back. He bought a 2+0 but wanted a 2+2. So he sold the 2+0 to me. When I bought the car the guy was going away on business that evening. He says he has all the paper work, i.e. de-reg certificate and customs forms etc. But couldn't find them in the short period of time he had to look for them. He said that he would call me when I he got back and then we could trade then. But I decided to give him the money and take the car with a signed agreement between us that he would supply the paper work when he returned. I'm starting to worry a little that he may not be able to find the paper work for the car. So if I don't have the paper work.... what do I do ? 1) Should I see if I can get my money back and return the car (spent £500 on it already, restoring it , new bits, MOT etc.). 2) Can I somehow get a copy of the documents, if so who do I speak to and how much doe sit cost ? 3) Or do I just have to pay the Customs and taxes again. Top be honest I think that due to the condition of the car (i.e. superb) and the way that my missus feels about it, I can't really go with option 1. Cerina loves this car to bit and if I were to give it back now she would probably leave me :D :D. So if there are no documents... what do I do ?

LMAO I'ver never seen so many people discuss where the ABS ECU is. I'm sure it's the same on both Jap and UK spec cars. It's also the same sort of place on the 2+0's. Bottom left of picture.

Sorry to hear that Johnny, looks like it may be time to close the doors in the workshop to the public. I've heard that there are always people hanging around in and out of the workshop, it had to happen at one stage. It's just a real bummer that it was £2.5k and not some blitz stuff in the cabinets (something small like a Turbo timer). I really hope the guy/girl who took it realises that he's gonna get the crapp knocked out of him and decides to conviently give it back. May be worth mentioning to a few people along with the suspect that it would not be taken any further if the cash was returned in an envelope addressed to yourself. Make it as convienient as possible for it to be returned without anyone knowing. This way you have a better chance of getting the money back and you can deal with the theif at a later date. Good luck mate, I hope this is resolved quickly and efficiently (even if it means Macca using that Engine block he put in my boot as a chest presser ;)).
