having a bit of a heated discussion on another club (non z)
Lol aye, somthing similar. Or what about this one? This was a guy behind me in his poobaru when we went to the isle of man, that couldnt keep up with my old 300zx which at the time had completly shot front tension rod bushes! He got out of it with a scratch on his head, amazing really! Spent the evening in A&E with him tho making sure he was okay!

I hate snow!!!!!
Sorry to hear about the accident, i take it your in good health though? Buy it back and break it for spares, is the only way your going to get even a little bit of money for it. However, i doubt you'll get any real cash for selling it as a damaged car for someone else to break, otherwise they wont make any money for the hard work they put in breaking the car. (Bear in mind, i sold my TT Manual in good condition for £1570 as a running car with tax and MOT) THey ainy worth much at all at the moment.

having a bit of a heated discussion on another club (non z)
Mine was fairly terrible if im honest, but was suffering from classic old knackered suspension. Every bit i changed just trasnformed it each time. I look back now and wish id replaced it all but there we go. The M3 is just the same, only noticed the other day how soft it is suspension wise (now it still handles amazingly because all the bushes and links are in good condition!) But i think its time that had new shockers. Its like anything, age is its worst enemy. Thats why i buy old magazines which compare like for like when they were new, a phenominal difference to how they all are now! Besides, the evo boys are often comparing 03 or 05 reg cars with a bloody K reg! I had a similar argument on a local club, some guy who drives a vectra trying to tell me that the 300zx WASNT a Grand tourer!? LOL How many targa scoobies do you see??

my daily driver
LOL i laugh but to be honest it takes almost all of the 70bhp to turn the aircon compressor over! If you have the air con and let it drive at say 1200rpm by just touching the throttle in first, then turn it of it will accelerate to 1700rpm or so, quite bizzare LOL Top speed is only 90 with aircon :(

interestingly cheap autotrader zed
mine only went for that! well 1570 or somthing, pathetic really. But its new owners were over the moon with it so im not that bothered. Its only money eh!

lol yeah 581, thats because of the stupid machine. The dyno freaked out at my auto transmission towards higher speeds, the software is only looking at the highest point on the graph, if you look at the dyno graph you can see each gear, 1st 2nd 3rd etc. Showing full power in 3rd (if you notice my graphs are power vs speed not vs rpm!) So it looks around 330 if you read it the way im reading it

this was mine, both runs, yellow lines are what i interpreted the graphs at That had a scorpian exhaust, apexi filter, mines chipped ECU and as far as we could all tell standard boost, but it did feel quick!

North West Rolling Road Day
My old TT Auto came out at 330 ish on a dyno last year, but the dyno was being a bit mental... only rated for 150mph but they just left mine in drive and of course it quite happily rattled of to the end of the rev range in top, around 180 mph haha.

LOL Cheers, well Evos are famed for loosing tune over the years, the solid lifters mean they require valve clearences doing fairly regularly and in theory mine were done about 13k ago BUT that all depends on whether the inspection 2 that was carried out was done properly or just an "it'll be reet" inspection 2. If its over 300 at the fly i'll be well happy, if its not it shows me that somethings probably not quite right and i can get looking into it.

merc vito poblems
Ive had this with leaking boost pipes on a kangoo (although that ****er wouldnt go above 50!) however, i think the actual fault was with the actuator i believe which was allowing the turbo to provide too higher boost which was blowing the pipes of. Could be that??

classic
Well what are you paying for it? Have you shopped around for classic car policies. Flux wont be giving you your no claims discount on both cars so you'll be effectivly starting again (trusting that you have both of them insured in your name and with flux).

quad, single or double exhaust
