Apart from SE that put a new engine in for me and Jeff @ ZWorld doing a bit of servicing, I have done the other jobs myself, with a little help from the guys on here! Sorry, I couldn't help you more but not come across any Z specialists around our way tbh.

There is a higher grade called 'Premiere' but I'll see how these look first. It was another £15 or so to add a heel plate I think but I didn't go for one of these. I was talking to them at some length about the mats and I mentioned there may be a couple more orders to come depending on how mine were. If you were thinking of getting a set Stu (or anyone else) let me know and I will go back to them as I kinda paved a way for a discount maybe for more orders.

When you say its had an oil change. what oil was it? Castrol 10/60 works for me! A thicker oil than you used may well see the noise disappear.

Gio, I think Mr Magnet meant he should never use 'regular' unleaded! Optimax is the only fuel I will put in mine, nothing else. I've read that jap fuel is over 100 ron or so, so putting Optimax in is just getting as close to that as you possibly can. I put some octane booster in mine the other week and was impressed with the results...............although its tricky to distinguish whats in your mind and what is actual gains!

Following smw1's trend of working out how much you've spent on mods and maintenance...........I've had mine nearly 3 years and its over £8k. Thats pretty much right down the middle between mods and maint....although 6 months after I bought it I had SE supply and fit a new engine for me, so thats a big lump of the maintenance. You can obviously take as many safegaurds as poss, good oil, regularly changed etc, making sure your turbo timer is set to 3 mins if you've been giving it some welly but think alot of it comes down to luck! There is no def answer as to what it costs to run a Z.
