What do you think it would be like on a rim an inch wider though James?

Gestapo
........FFS.......and in the mean time, 4 old grannys have been mugged and ten homes have been burgled. Still, as long as those criminals who were making improper use of their fog lights were caught, thats all that matters.

255 a little skinny maybe, 265 is ideal or wider imho. I personally hate that look where the tyre is too skinny for the wheel. But if they are cheap enough and yours are bald and risking you 3 points then I would go for them for sure, they will be fine.

In traffic I slowed to a halt near a bus stop and some d1cks said they were going to "jack" my car........I told them I would fookin shoot them if they tried, they didn't say another word after that. Another time I left my car parked up and the turbo timer was on for about a minute. As I walked away I could hear some kids say "we'll have that in a minute".......then it cut out and you should've seen the look on their faces.- "Forum" night out.
Hmmmmmm, need to change the wording on this a bit I think.... A few of us are going for a p1ss up and was just wondering if anyone else fancied it. It will be in London or Brighton, probably London.- Speachless.
Nah........."phat" isn't "kev'd up"..........more along the lines of "tuff".- "Forum" night out.
Liverpool? Manchester? I think this particular night out will be down South...........ie Brighton or similar. Not that it wouldn't be good to have a p1ss up that way..............but a little too far! There are 2 threads running now.......another in "general chat". More replies on there - I guess we should stick to one, the other one-if the mods don't mind it kinda being in the wrong area. When we get to a definate date and location (if we ever do) then I will post it up back in "events and meetings" but for the time being I guess it is "general chat". Cheers.- 100 ron super unleaded

4 mins??? - thats all your 'shameless promotion' lasted for.- "Forum" night out.
I was thinking of somewhere a little more South!!! :p- Another newbee ;-)
Hello bud and welcome. Do you mean you have about £5/6k to spend? If that is the case then why not buy one for about £4ish and then mod it yourself, its so much more satisfying. There a few around on here at the moment for that kind of money. The kit might not be as much as you think, check out http://www.zcentre.co.uk I have my Z on classic car insurance and basicly the only criteria is the car must over 10 years old. My company specifies I must have use of a 2nd vehicle but not sure if that is typical of all classic policies or not. I am limited to 5k miles a year I think but know I could've tweeked that up a bit if I had wanted. If you are happy to go to Tamworth then as you say Zedworld would be ok for you. I'm sure Jeff wouldn't mind you popping over and checking out some of the Z's he has there.- Ferrari 360 Modena wheels
You got a spare few grand lying round?? and THATS probably per wheel! (and pretty sure they won't fit!)- "Forum" night out.
Ok, so me, Stu, Marc and Mike have spoken about this before on MSN but lets sort something out. A good old p1ss up and to make fools of ourselves. Who wants some? Ist round is on me.... We need a date and a location. After I come back from holiday would be good for me, thats 4th November - so maybe the following sat or one after that? Marc has suggested Brighton, but we all know he's gay but give him his dues, it is a good laugh down there. Come on..........you know you want to.........you bunch of :xxx:- "Forum" night out.

If the items are in stock then I have had mine in as less as a few days before. If they're not, then how long is a piece of string? If you ring them, they can usually tell you.- FAO SMW1 Stupot.
      I have just seen what I was referring to on here for real!!! RIGHT! This means WAR! ANYONE with pics of Stu can they please pm me.- FAO SMW1 Stupot.
"I'll 'ave you Butler" :nono: You know what I am refering to! ROFL - Classic insurance
No, that has to be the best idea as far as I can see.- Classic insurance
You could obviously put them both on classic car policy but if you had any no claims bonus you would lose this as this isn't used with a classic policy. I was paying £750 just for my Z on regular insurance. I have just bought a VW Golf and chucked the Z on classic for £270, the Golf is costing £250 with full no claims.........a tidy little saving of £230! One of the conditions with my classic policy was that it WAS a 2nd vehicle. - Speachless.
