  1. Yeah, don't want this idea to just drift away into the background.......
  2. Where does the noise come from? A numatic drill kinda noise sounds like one of the lifters?
  3. Dave, those kinda pictures have no place on here! Try http://www.picsofnakedoldladies.com :D
  4. I want to know about good AND bad experiences with anyone to do with a 300ZX. The most important thing is to stick to the FACTS when writing about either. I guess it is easy to rant on a bit when you are p1ssed off and possibly throw in an assumption or two.......its these accusations and assumptoins that cause the trouble I suppose. But I personally want to know about bad service aswell as good, posssibly more so. It just has to be done in the right and proper way.
  5. Now, now children, play nicely! I reckon we could get quite alot of submitions to this. People are passionate and willing to help. A section just needs to be set up now that we can submit to. I for one, would be quite proud to see my write up in there somewhere.

Well if you are on the A40 from London you will come to the Hangar Lane giratory (sp?) if you turn off here, a huge roundabout, and head east, about half a mile on the left is the turn off for the Cafe.
  7. I could burn one and sent it to you...........but for £10 it is an excellent introduction to Luke at The Z Centre. I would recommend calling him...........its only £10.
  8. I just think it should be. This is a site surely primarily to help people. I don't think we should get too much into charging people, if we can possibly help it. I always have been in favour of limiting the amount of posts for 'freeloaders' with the confidence that they will subscribe when they see what a great place it is. Just my own opinion of course.
  9. Its got to be available to everyone imho. Oh, and AndyP..........I've used your site loads of times, its helped me out untold, don't think I ever had said thanks..........so cheers mate!

Have a proper read through these. And remember knowledge is power! http://www.300zx.org.uk/tech_20.htm
  11. They are £10 I think from Z Centre. Z Centre are amongst the LINKS. LOL- this was my very 1st purchase from Luke and I haven't looked back since, my credit card and Z Centre know eachother very well. :D
  12. "that fookin banana!"
  13. I remember you touching on this before Andy, it was a good idea then and it still is now. I'm thinking an area we can upload to, with write ups and pics of jobs we've done. Between us we must have taken on alot of work and jobs on our 300's, with photo's I expect. This could grow and grow as people add to it. You may have the same task repeated but it maybe a different method, so that would be good, one with better pics - the other with a better write up maybe. Click here for HEATER MATRIX PCV VALVES AII ETC ETC........that kinda thing. As you click on it, it could open up to who has submitted reports on that particular job. I know we have AndyP's site, but this would be OUR help section, done by US, with the oppportunity to pm or email the person who did the write up and say "how did you manage to get that bit there into that gap" etc. I really like this idea, it just needs someone to set up a section and I would be typing away and uploading the jobs I have done to date for sure.

    I will probably be there.
  15. I love my Z, I really do. But not really into any other Nissans tbh apart from R33/4's. Thats just me of course!
  16. LMFAO!!! http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=23747&highlight=blaine or http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=23789&highlight=blaine
  17. I'd be more then happy to get a draft written for this. I guess it should include when the forum started, how many members we have, subscription details, ahem-what you get for the £20, what we're about, etc. It should have a "feel good" factor about it. Blimey - that was 50 words! It wouldn't be much!!
  18. Hope you feel better soon mate.
  19. http://www.dynomite.co.uk/Dynosite/HTMLfiles/ac_elecgearchange.html Any good? didn't really get a chance to look. NOPE..........didn't mean that one.. This one - http://www.webcon.co.uk/alpha/shift_light.htm
  20. I'm sure this could be modified and sit on top of your dash? (needs to be big as I heard you are going blind - and you know what causes that!)
  21. I voted no but thought you meant just the Z logo. Yeah, lose the car- that does look dated. But think we should keeo the Z logo as it is.
  22. Ah.............just seen the Shrimp posted this a couple of days ago!
  23. ASSHOLE........... http://www.anothersite.2ya.co.uk/showit.php?url=http://www.brianmung.com/blainegame.htm
