Did you go? Haven't got my car so couldn't pop along.

This may sound a little dumb and basic but need to ask as I had a bad petrol smell from mine when I got it in November, got all the fuel lines checked (etc) but nothingwas wrong. Which Fuel are you using? The garage put standard unleaded in mine, not super and that was causing the smell. Same happened last month when my dad filled it up with unleaded, smell came back until I used it and filled it back up with Vpower, no smell.

How long is it before they start going wrong? Had mine 13 months now and never had a problem with it (touchs all wood he can find). If it wasn't for the problems with the power pack o would consider getting installed in my car.

Howdy Guys and Girls, Anyone know where to get a set of front pads and discs ASAP. Let my brother drive me car last week and when I got it back today the pads are totally worn and cutting into my discs. I was planning on doing a full upgrade come end of May but need some standard ones to get me there. Also need them by Wednesday (28 Feb) at the lastest as need to get the car to the garage to fit my new sound system and alarm on Thursday and Friday. I live in Newcastle (Northeast) and have struggled today to find any. Any ideas?

Looks like I will have to travel to see a good turn out of Z's. Most I have seen was at ferrybridge meet, 2 from this site (plus me) and another. Bit dissapointed chaps! Hopefully a better turn out next time.

Sweet man, never would have thought you worked there! I told the receptionist on he phone I was in a mega hurry and she said it would go straight in once I got there. Prob was they shut the road going under the underpass from the tyne bridge and so it took just short of an hour to get there (about 40 mins on the bridge!) As I left there I filled up at the Shell garage at Moor house and seen a black Z. Thought that was you as he was looking over

I have seen what these nasty FOOKERS can do. Thought it was all Bull when i got told but actually seeing a squaddies thigh (pics) i was almost sick! Think they are the scarest spids around!!!!!!!

It's been and gone up here. Couldn't believe my eyes when I seen I had to scrap off the snow on me Z this morning. Easier than frost though, nice and fluffy.

WooHoo I been spotted. Didn't make the dyno run as they didn't sort me tyre until 1pm. Was that you a the Shell garage near Moorfarm? Another good looking black Z with a lass in the passenger seat.

Glad to hear you all had fun. :dance: I din't get my tyre sorted until 1.05pm, they had it on a bloody ramp thing since 10.50!!!!!!! Anyways got it sorted for £135 (bridgestone). Will need to do the other tyre on payday to match it. How did you lot compare to the skylines? Or did you not hang around for them? :)

Haha, times like that I miss the fuel consumption of merover, 400 mile to the tank unlike the almost 200 I am getting now (with the bigger tank) :rofl:

If I get it sorted I will still attend, even if late...if the zeds are first and they are still on the rollers that is. If skylines are on first then even better as have more time to play with.

Kwik Fit my A#SE. Ansolutely foaming!!!! Help, been polishing me car all day as well, thought it may not be the quickest but it might be the cleanest.

Quick fit didn't have any tyres big enough so doesn't look like i can make it unless anyone knows a place that will be open on a sunday who has a 255/40/17 tyre in stock. Totally gutted
