  1. I'll be up for this with or without my zed (depends on when I get the temporary gearbox in). Rude not to as it's on my doorstep!! Andy
  2. Smithy, Is there a post about this on here you can direct me too? What are the subtle differences to look out for? Andy
  3. Oh dear! Any manufacturers guarantee? You might get a free replacement but then again you might not want them! I won't be buying Powertrix now. Andy
  4. Very tasteful!! Coming together nicely!! Andy
  5. Oh wow that's great news!!! Great news for me that is!! I'm coming after you baby!! I've always wanted a woman who can cook a mean breakfast!!!!! LOL! Seriously though Trish I'm really happy for you xxxx Andy (De Olle Fella!)

I've got 25mm spacer at the moment but thinking of replacing with 20mm. Might wate until I put some coilovers on and see how it is with a little neg camber and a 15mm drop. Hi Boldy, I will dig this out for you soon. Cheers Buddy!!!!
  7. Cheers Andy, You'll have to drop in if you are passing mate! Andy
  8. Hi Boldy, They are 90 degree elbows from Viper Performance with stainless steel pipe. If you are interested i can dig out the dimensions for you. Andy
  9. Hi Stu, They are good watches. I have owned one for ten years. Most high streets have a Breitling dealer. A dealer will give you about one third of retail if you are lucky. you might get about 50% on ebay. Andy
  10. Hi Stu, it was Peter McSlick of the Mcslick clan!!! Andy
  11. That low winter sun really gives off some strong light!! Took some piccys today........ Still not sure if my fronts stick out too much! Chuffed with the wiper and squirter removal though! Polishing really paid off looking at it now. Bonnet catch looks really green! That's being painted black tomorrow! All the prep work I did on the balance bar before chroming seems to have paid off. 3 connectors next to the fuse box are now an eye sore. They will be tucked away tomorrow! Scuttle panels, battery connecters, suspension mounts are next to be sorted when I have the funds - hopefully in time for summer shows! Let me know what you think i.e.- yellow brake reservoir cap yes or no? Andy
  12. Still can't believe you are selling it!!!! Lot of work to say goodbye to. Andy
  13. Hi Graham, Take a close look and you can just see them!! Andy
  14. I give up!! Nissan had another blinding idea when they decided to put 2 marker pen stripes on the inside of the rear lights too. Genius!! But hey, if that's what Nissan thought was good then it must be right. Right? LOL!
  15. You're forgiven. It means that if you where to see a 300 for the first time and see mine from behind, you would not think there was anything missing i.e. the way it would have come out of the factory. Ok here are some more photos to make my point. The next thing you will be saying is that a rear wiper is more ascetically pleasing!! (Nissan thought it was a good idea!!) Take a look at these and ask your self if the average man on the street would think hhhmmm I that rear panel needs 4 reversing lights!!!!!!
  16. Just because Nissan decided it was a good idea in the eighties does not make it a good look!!! Maybe it's just because you are used to it. As for "you can tell straight away that there is supposed to be something there" - absolutely not. My rear end looks factory and less fussy than the original design. Don't make me put more photos up!!!
  17. Hi Buddy, I agree with de-cluttering the busy rear end of the 300 however, what I would suggest is that you gloss up the centre panel to match the lights. I can see from the picture that it has come out a little dull and will not quite look right. You could T-Cut it as is or you could put some clear lacquer over and T-Cut later. Here's a few photos of my rear where I have done similar (any excuse!) Andy
  18. I know this car very well through another well know 300zx website and we went to a few events at the same time. You can see it parked next to mine in my rides section. It's a great car, I've been in it and can vouch for it. The wheels are worth a fortune and look stunning in the flesh. Infact most of the comonents that have been put onto this car are of a high standard. As for the spec it is THE spec that everyone wants Not sure why I'm bigging up his car as I don't want him to sell it!!! Stay with us Mike!!!! I'll pm you on the other side!
  19. Still brilliant.
