  1. Hi Matty - can you get me a price on Levski Sofia's training kit, Neuchatel Xamax's old home shirt and a kiddies size Blyth Spartans full kit? Cheers Pete ;):D
  2. Good price - will go for that then :D:D Cheers fellas :D Mac - I found a 2nd hand stock rad for sale down the road from me :D:D - trouble is they want £125 for it  but I might have to cut my losses and pay that in order to get to billing. They reckon its in great nick though. Might be able to sell it when I get an uprated one sorted though. Took out the duff radiator tonight - what a faff on that is, getting the autobox pipes off it (which aren't even connected!!) was an arse - took me about an hour in total  Cheers Pete
  3. Evening :) I've got an Autometer Water Temp Gauge to fit, and I presume this piece included in the box is a new sensor? (see attached) Question is - should I fit the new sensor in place of the old one, and wire both new and old gauges to it. Or leave the old in, and wire both to it. Or will one not work in each case? Obviously I'd like the new gauge to work ;) Will this new sensor even fit the hole in the noraml hard coolant pipe? Cheers people :) Pete Oh yeah - the attachment...
  4. ME! :D With or without the car :)/:( - any news Mac?
  5. Did you get the 8mm nut behind the glass of the wing mirror I sent? I packaged it in a huge wooden crate, to be safe. Got your cheque for 31p thanks, you drive a hard bargain! Cheers Pete
  6. Yeah I hate that too - "I bet that's thirsty..." I reckon it's a competitive attempt to get one over on a fast car owner. Feeble. The best comments usually come from kids - its sad really! I was driving slowly through a carpark near home when I heard a Dad say to his 3 lads "...now THATS what you want!..." and they all went "Whoaaaaaa! - Coooooool!!" That felt good :D:D:D ;)
  7. D'oh!! I've been rumbled :D:D:D Very impressive cuttage, pastage and quotage there Jimbo! ;):D
  8. You can do mine next. ;) :D Cant wait to see it at Billing mate  Pete

There are a few good buying guides around, have a look around AndyP's site: http://www.300zx.org.uk , and http://www.zedworld.co.uk has a good section on buying. Searching on here for "buying" etc should give some v useful info. I'm sure if you found a prospective car and put a shout out then a zed owner near you would be willing to lend a hand :) Whereabouts are you? Pete
  10. LOL very true :D What are you supposed to reply with?: "yes" ~ you might end up actually having to clean their rusty Mondeo  "no" ~ you are clearly being rude  I tend to just laugh politely.
  11. Dont you hate it when neighbours see you cleaning your car and say that  Mine always do it  Do I look in your window, see you cooking, then request you cook my dinner too???!!!?! Fook off you nosey biyatch!
  12. No not that Sooty  ;) I normally use Autosol Chrome Cleaner stuff with a drill attachment but it's never really that effective unless you sit there for hours on end. But today I sprayed some Autocare Alloy Wheel Cleaner - from Tescos :D inside and left for a few minutes while I cleaned other bits. Then a quick rub with a rag and would you know it they are gleaming!! :D Next to no effort ;) :D Well chuffed! Thought I'd share the experience :) Pete EDIT: Ignore this lot, I think it's bad to use this stuff :(
  13. Yeah - getting THAT drunk is just plain silly ;)

  18. Looking good!!! How did they tint the windows - is it a film or a smoked effect?
  19. To test if you can see out?? :D;) Nice one Paul - any before and after pics of the tints? :) Pete
  20. This happened to mine when I had a 4 way switchable ECU hooked up - electrics turned off but ignition still running. Putting mine back in sorted out the problem. First thing then would be to check your ECU, see if it's standard, earthed, etc. Pete
  21. Click on "Rides" at the top ;) And put some pics of sunny Morecambe in there :):D:D Bring back Frontierland!!!! Pete
  22. I remember seeing this guy in a pub years ago, talking on his mobile continually for over an hour. We started taking the p!ss - calling him yuppie etc... til the phone rang in his hand ;) :D Was that you on a Friday night Mycroft?
  23. As expected ;) Can we make this sticky? :D:D:D
  24. My independent research drew the same conclusions as Ammar, definately red auto :D:D
