zeds Will always get their own back.......
Firstly, since getting my zed, it had a few probs, but with some tlc, and care its been getting better and better. It has been running perfectly for last 6 months, no probs with anything and is a dream to own. Last night, went out for a quick beer, weather was good, cant deny it, i drove hard maybe too hard. Got back and let it cool down. Until just now. Go to get a paper. Turn the key, and the most god awful whine and clatter is coming from starter motor. After a few heated words with each other, she aint playing. Jack up and have a look. Fooking top bolt on the starter has fallen off somewhere, thus the teeth are not engaging, hence the dam noise. Now will have to re tap a new one in I think its the zeds way of telling me, dont p**s me off, as i will win in the end mate. Look after them and they will look after you, fook about and they will get you back.:wack::wack:

how do i drain brake fluid?
Fook, you replied as i was typing it...............

how do i drain brake fluid?
Get an easi bleed kit, i dont think the spare caps fit our cars, but if not you need the one way hose in it. Better if you have a spare body. Remove cap on brake resovoir, starting on one wheel at a time, loosen the bleed nipple with a 10mm spanner, attach the pipe and discharge into a jamjar or similar. only just enough to let fluid pass. Have spare body pump the brakes, keep checking level DO NOT LET IT GO BELOW MIN. Once new fluid starts to come out, spare body, press down fully on brake and hold as you expel air/fluid. At this point you then tighten nut. Will take a few times to get it right. Do until all air is out and its spitting out new fluid. Then repeat on other front, then rears. Before you road test, ensure no leaks, and pedal is firm, and wheels move on own without any grabbing Make sure you have enough new fluid to flush system. Mine took 2 litres.

If you could go back to a concert again.
If you had a chance to go back to a concert you had seen in the past, what or who would it be, and why???? For me, it would be a choice of 2. 1. Queen - kind of magic tour - wembley - to see the large inflatibles again. 2. Guns and roses - Milton keynes to see the lady next to me strip off again.

B13 OOD --- impul 932s wanted
If that is the case it was an absolute bargain, I hope its gone to a member on here. As the owner is a very good mate of mine. A very tidy example of a true impul zed, bar the 99 spec end. But on a good point he now plays in a Noble M12 TT , which he lets have a go in.

another change of heart

Perfect Weather!
Si, youre not the only one enjoying the sun, i have been working on a roof for the last week or so, getting a lovley colour, as i only wear shorts. Plus an added bonus, of being next door to large Norwich Union office. Great at lunchtime, as all the little ladies coming out and loosening their tops, to get some sun. Naturally we have our lunch at about 10, then 11, 12, 1, and 2, then break for tea at 2.30, 3, and pack up at 4. Best thing is they know we are looking, so take a bit more of a chance...........................

F A O all members
Having been reading the threads as they unfold, i feel, NO disrespect to Clownpants, that breaking a car, unless you have done or are doing is a nightmare. Im still in the process of selling bits. However,i have sold a fair bit of stuff to members and i dont ask for any money until it ready to be posted out, and i have always updated folks who wanted bits, if its going to take a bit longer for what ever reason. Its not right to bag the cash, then not provide the goods, without updating people at the very least 2nd chance is ok. but it would be better to sell the bits when ready to be posted out and not to fook people around. All it does is cause a bun fight, and its not good for the club and causes us to distrust people. i have made some cracking mates on here, and had some real laughs, but wounl'nt fook anyone around for a few quid. Give another chance, but keep people updated and aware of any situations that may arise. Not taking any sides. Stu

- Another day, another problem!
Agrre with Legrath, check and clean connections on MAF, small file and some contact cleaner such as ambersol. Also if the element (looks like thin fuse wire) in the MAF is dirty or damp will causing lumpy issues, i cleaned mine with contact cleaner, If you have aftermarket cone filter or similar, see if dirty too. After removing filter look up at sun through it, if its clogged, then can be cleaned with K&N filter cleaner. Makes a difference. If still running poo, then its onto cleaning and checking, coil packs, plugs, injectors, ptu, cas etc etc. Process of elimination,- cheap uk spec
This is about 5 miles from my house, not seen it around...... - Another day, another problem!
