  3. Have removed high level rear spolier, and side skirts, going smooth all over. new n/s wheel arch to be welded in. then a bit of paint. apart from that the everything else superb. runs perfect.
  4. [/ LMFAO love it, one way to lower a zed!!!!! Doubt the fuel consumption though Torque up to what is needed, dont worry.
  5. I removed the filler enough water to make a puddle of water on the drive came out of the sill . I had the exact same, my sill is gone big time. Check the tube running from the targa is still connected, mine wasnt, you need to remove the rear seat if long wheel base and interior panel, seat belt, etc to access the tube. runs down the pillar and exits about 2" in from rear wheel. Mine wasnt there, so i replaced with a length of silcone tubing. I have a mate who will be putting new sills and arches on in the next couple of weeks.
  6. lost all power and Nissan cant find it?? could be a fried ecu, or might even be something as small as maf got wet or ptu died. Need to know if it turns over, or what else.??? Looks good condition though even as parts
  7. welcome mate, nice tidy zed and in the best colour.......
  8. If takes a time to turn over could lead to PTU fault, but also if it only happens once and again, check MAF. If they get slightly damp will mess around. Do you have a standard of aftermarket nose panel with vents.?? either way check connectors and spade fittings on both, clean with a small file and some contact cleaner.
  9. yep well and truly bitten i would say, welcome to the club mate. We want pictures............
  10. LMFAO Pure class, love it........:w00t::w00t::w00t:

  15. went direct to the manufacturers have a look http://www.plastidip.co.uk. i sent my spare can and primer to someone on here, will try and locate who, to see if they have still need for it. stu
  16. OH Dear, i heard my name mentioned, now what do you need help with mate?????? lol
  17. Having just got back from a nice week in Cornwall, i went to the zed today, just to make sure she is good. Having started on first turn, i look through the windscreen to see loads of paw prints on the bonnet. Looking closer its not just paw prints, but due to the fact the zed has loads of polish on her, it is very clear that the cat could'nt grip, And has slid down the bonnet, leaving some lovely scratch marks the length of 3/4 the bonnet. Poxy animals, dont get me wrong, i love all animals, but some pussy cat is going to be spoken to by two dogs, if i see it near my zed ever again. FOOKERS!!!!!!!!!!! Dont know if you can make these out, but it gives an idea how polished the bonnet is, even dirty.
  18. i love adds like this, give it the big up, show just pics of the outside and the seats, but dont list the mods. over 200mph in an auto, thats one quick auto. love to know what the reply is... Dont know why, but i recognise the car, sure its been on here.....

  21. £9.99 for a centre bearing!!!!!! either new but not correct one, or a very cheap 2nd hand one. details please as for changing prop needs to be removed and seperated. can be ok or a toatl pain if its stuck. I had to smash, cut my old one off as i couldnt undo the large nut inside
  22. As stated run an ecu check first, then its a process of fault finding. Just one slight electrical problem with throw many other things out. Nice to see two other members local to me. Im just the side of worthing / littlehampton, i am able to assist if needed, plus have a good knowledge about zeds. stu
  23. I have the original shagpile fairlady ones too, came with my 91 Jap, looked black, hung them up on the garden wall, then cleaned with the karcher washer and shampoo. You would not believe the dirt that came out. look like new now.
