I gave up 6 years ago this month cold turkey. I just stayed away from Smokers and kept myself busy. Took about a month to lose the desperation of having a ciggy but you never loose the slight temptations! I was already a fat bugger before I quit but I joined a gym a month after quitting and have lost weight and got fitter through doing so! You wouldnt have thought so to look at me but its the truth, honest guv!

I did have yellow calipers on mine but have now gone black and I have to admit they do look alot better when they are less obvious. I still have to change the backs but its on my list of things to do :)
