So many factors in this ..you have a strong buying position..Wot are their factors for moving and where to..are they fixed.. how long its been on market...wots other places like in area..prices etc .. if you realy like the place then buy at the best price you can if that means purchase price...remember the price is normaly put forward by estate agents who have previous sales in that area..check out recent sales..get to know your agent ask them wot the owner would take if your offer woz turned down.. ask questions ...Check things out .. You could be there a long time. . 20 years Buying/ selling propeties.in surrey......... if that helps... hope you do well....
