  1. Did those myself, plus the air vents right in at the windscreen. I also did the MOMO steering wheel centre as well as the radio surround. You tend to get carried away once you get one piece looking good, and start to unbolt stuff you hadn't thought of in the first place. I also conciderd trying the following:- wing mirrors panels between the front and back windows on each side Headlight inserts Nose panel between the lights The strip across the front of the car where the indicators and fog lights are mounted the face of the instrument cluster ( plus add some chrome rings ) You look like you got a great finish on yours, some of the first bits I did need redone to get it as I would want it. Top Job.
  2. They would get found out because it would start to appear on there expences!!!
  3. Metalica at the Glasgow Barowland, early 90's. Place only holds a couple of thousand, for those who have never been, this is probibly one of the best music venues ANYWHERE. The place was originally a dance hall, so accustcally is spot on. It also has a sprung dance floor which helps with the uncontrolable bouncing about. Other memorable concerts there would be; in no particular order Iron Maiden The Almighty Mega Death Henry Rollins Senser Ugly Kid Joe Corrosion Of Conformity Papa Roach Alien Ant Farm just some memoris from the last 20 years.
  4. Nico and Hard To Kill, back in the good old days before Segal became a fat, talentless waister.
  5. I was always into AIKIDO, golf, badminton and ten pin bowling. Funny how you can't really enjoy any of them once you have a knackerd back. Still try to play golf when I can but can usually barely walk after 18 holes. I do miss the AIKIDO though.
  6. Looks realy good mate. As per the other thread, need to get a look at some point then possibley a chat to your mate about a price for doing mine. Cheers Martin
  7. I cant make it tomorrow unfortunatly. As Allen said maybe later in the week we could meet up and get a decent look. If you fancied it Allen I could pick you up, save you the £40 it would cost to take your :tank: to Motherwell. Does he do the full thing, fitting spoiler, moulding it in, repairing the rust etc or is it just a paint shop? Cheers for the input by the way. Martin
  8. Hi Craig the car is red, the original Nissan colour as far as I know. Cheers for the recomendation Alan sounds encouraging, if I can get an address i'll nip over and see him. As for your wee silver car, i've seen it parked at your work.......I've got a smaller house.:yes: martin
  9. Sorry for the unrelated thread hijack...... Bad Monkey is your mates place near by, I need a new spoiler fitting some genaral bodywork tidying up and then a full respray, I would prefer to go to someone known to someone as I don't want a crap job or to get shafted on price. Do you think he would be interested in the work, if so do you have any contact details. cheers Martin
  10. Heavy Metal Music :rockon::punk:
  11. Cheers Gary. If i'v not added any water to the system what would cause this to overflow?
  12. Ok guys had a quick poke about this morning, couldn't see anything obviouse on the pipes I could find, ran the engine with no signs of water. I took it for a run and once I parked up again there was water dripping from the front left again. I opened up some of the wheel arch liner to gain access behind the intercooler, What is the tank which sits here as I think this may be the problem. Does anyone have a photo or diagram of this area before I start thinking about dismantling everything. Cheers Again Martin
  13. Hi guys, took the car out for the first time in a few weeks, first stop as ever the local garage as Iv got a couple of slow punctures at the back. Anyway garage is only 2 min from the house, get there leave the engin running and start working my way round all of the tyres. When I finally get to the front left there is a nice puddle forming in front of the wheel. Obviouse question from the mechanically inept like myself, what is the likely culprit. Thoughts and advise as ever appreciated. Cheers Martin.
  14. has it gone off yet?
  15. If i've worked it out right it should run for 16 and a half hours. of course i could be compleatly wrong.

    Well guys just thought i would post up that I'm one happy bunny. Car had it's first MOT since i got it last June and it sort of passed first time. two fails on the fog light, purly because he couldn't find the switch to turn it on and check it. And two on the hand break which was simply adjusted till it passed. Do have a few advisories to work on, the hand break needs new pads and disks as there is no adjustment left on them and also scoring on the inside of the drum part of the disk. My oil pan is corroded and starting to leak and there is excess play in one of the rear stearing arms. He also said I should get the underside wax oiled again, which I was goining to do anyway. So all in all a good result but as always still work to do.
  21. Alan, you could also try somthing like below. We use a similar system at work for sending large drawing files from office to office, should work for music files and photos etc. https://www.yousendit.com/ this is just one i found on a quick search, there are probibly loads if you check threw whats on offer.
  22. NO ROCK RADIO not going there on holiday :punk:
  23. Alan, try downloading winrar. I've just had a play with an MP3 file and there seems to be a function when you right click on the track to 'compress and e-mail'. Might be worth a shot.
