Hi guys, Bit of a long shot I know...just wondered if there was anyone living near Devizes in Wiltshire that fancied helpin a fellow Zedder out with an eBay purchase??? Basically the storey goes...father purchased an A Bar for his van without looking where it was before bidding, now I arrive to find that it's almost an 8 hour round trip to collect and the chap is unwilling to post or let me arrange a courier to collect. He wants cash on collection, so...I'm hoping that one of you kind fellows would be willing to assist? Funds would be transferred to you prior to collection and also a little extra for your time and troubles. Then all that I would ask is that you wrap it for me in abit of card or bags even and plonk my name and address on it so as I can arrange a courier to collect from you. Simples?!?! If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated and also save me alot of time and from having to waste a day driving half way across the country and back again... Yup its happened to me too.....horn just stayed on constant one nite (pleased the neighbours) must of been on for hours as i was out to dinner with the missus, had to pop the bonnet and disconnect the horn. Connected it back up a few months back, but it hasnt worked since...no popped fuses and all connections are fine. Very strange...its on my list of "to-do's"

Sorry i couldn't make it guys!!!! I couldn't get rubber on my rims in time, and i dare not risk taking it out with the tread that was on the existing tyres. I'll deffo be making the next meet though!!!

I've got the same type of scratches in both my door windows...i'm pretty sure its down to the rubber seal which goes across the top of the door...as rubber ages it goes dry, brittle and rock hard. I guess over time all the ups and downs of the glass against the hard rubber causes all the scratches.... My 2 penny worth.... :) Sean

Very nice fella...where abouts in shrewsbury are you? I'm only in bicton.... Would appear that way....i know of a few black ones, a red one that is uaually about the shrewsbury high school area and also a pearl white one neither of which are on this club that i know of. I gave my front mount a quick going over with some ally silver and its made no difference that i can see...

At a guess i would imagine that it switches when the heat is on it because the flame of the torch is starving the sensor of oxygen and not down to being hot and cold??? Just a guess really, but i can see how the test would work though if this is the case. :)

I love my Defi's!!! The start up and shut down on them is ace!!! :D

Its supposed to be above the pedals on a bracket fixed to the bulkhead...normally a pain in the arse to get to due to all the wiring under there. Just turn ur hazards on and follow the tick tick tick...its a big black looking relay. Good luck. Sean.

I had same problem when i put leds in all my lights....i tried 3 different led flasher units from 3 different companies and neither of them worked at all. I think you may have to change the way the plug is wired though for the flasher to work as i think its wired differently for the standard flasher unit. I never actually got to that stage of finding out though so cannot confirm this of course. I just changed all my bulbs back to standard an said i'd have another go when i got more time. Sorry, i know thats not much help...just thought i'd mention my experience on the subject. Sean.
