  1. Check ECU connector, this sometimes corrodes or the loom coming from the connector, possible you have corrosion in the harness
  2. Sounds electrical rather than fuel, so first try cleaning the connectors on the PTU, see how you go with that, if no good see if you can borrow a known good PTU. Good luck
  3. Dont like at all, cant stand all those sharp straight angles and add on bits far too garish, smooth rounder lines suit these cars much better i think
  4. no your right, sorry, its no fun being contaminated :D
  5. no he said clutch, Sarah. oops :x:
  6. forget that way mate and do it via the ECU, under the passanger side floor board takes five mins
  7. Ideally i would much prefere to get a youngster and train myself, Parent reard if i can still get one after i have moved in a month or so's time, if not then i would have to wait untill next year rather than rush in and buy any older bird. But when the time comes im sure i will be asking your advice.
  8. i wouldnt want to run into them in a bus
  9. Yes mate definatly going to get one once i have moved, i will be in a more rural location then. And im more than certain i'll be going for a Harris, preferably a Female. I been looking at the Bird Mart site and supprised at the amount on there and at reasonable prices, my only decision is wheather to go for a young bird if i can still get one once i've moved or an older trained bird, but then you have the imprinting issue, but still very much excited about it :) Have you had much chance flying your birds?
  10. most proberbly a noisy lifter most likely its dry as they are hydraulic, no need for major concern, just anoying as already said give the car a good oil change
  11. pmsl as a comparison to what we should see to what we do see. I saw a couple of birds like the chubbies once, i was being polite and said " hello suger" one replyed "hello", "i said not you, the other lump"

Here you go try this link click The head lights will come on without ignition, thats why you get the chime if you have left the lights on. Sounds as though you have blown main ignition fuse check fuses, possibly because you may have wireing wrong?
