standard front pipes and cats. I have took one of the rear sections off and with the other one off i should be able to get the big heat shield off above the cats. Then will just have to drain the gearbox oil and pull the prop out without hitting the cats.

i did mine with spray and im quite pleased with it. You do have to do it in many very thin layers to prevent it from running as the laquer is watery but about 8 thin coats and 20miin of polishing once its totally dry and it looks awsome.

Nope i ghosted my machine 2 days ago. I do have a keylogger but i wrote that in C+ and it makes no attempting to connect to any incoming or outgoing ports. I think either ebay have a leak or they got lucky with a dictionary crack.

mmm its clear tho, not like normal grease. I know that drive shaft boots have loads of grease on them etc but are these bushes not solid? I think the garage my have put some thin lube on them to stop a sweak or something?

what does it mean if fluid IS leaking tho? Its like vasaline but sticky - dont laugh!

I get the same thing and when i put my car on stands the other day i noticed sticky clear fluid coming from one of those bushes, it dripped down a fair amount. It happened when the car was off the wheels so it was in a abnormal position.

I only had half of one left on one side, the other one was gone! added a shorter shifter and its amazing, so positive

sorry to hyjack your thread but does anyone know how easy it should be to separate the cat from the front section? Its just held on by a jublee clip type thing but wont budge! I need to take at least one exhaust down to get at my prop and wanted to take it down with the cat on. I undid the jublee clip thing that holds the cat on the front and tried to pull the whole rear out of the front section - well its stronger than me! Im gonna have to undo the flange that bolts the cat onto the back section to get it off. Im just asking this as the cat is going to have to come off as well to get at the prop etc.

I have a rust free jap tt - and its getting another coat of underseal this week!

nope not nissan not even a proper word but they cracked it some how. I use that password for my bank as well so changed it all quick! I'm not happy as the hour i had set aside this morning for taking my prop shaft off i used sorting this out!

Got up this morning to find i have 109 emails, all are Ebay - your listing has started! some chinese gimp has listed 109 items on my account totaling £142 in ebay fees! :shock: I checked the paypal address he used on the items and its edk83888@yahoo.com.cn - They have made this so it looks like me but .cn is china! I phoned paypal and they have no record of an account on this email address so maybe he hasnt created it yet, or just screwed up? All the auctions he listed were 1 day ones, hoping i wouldnt notice! I was debating whether to just change the paypal address on each one to my real one and take all their money but decided against it - :smash: All my passwords I changed etc but it took me 30min to cancel all the items they listed and made me almost late for work! I now have to get ebay to not charge me the £142 Grrrr! :confused:

My car overheaded when my heater matrix was leaking, my aftermarket gauge was reading 100c and the stock one still at half! Rubbish!

id go with 3 mate, get a water temp as well as the stock one sucks big time
