  1. Give him a break, it's hard talking on the mobile, smoking a splif and driving a busload of passengers at the same time :D
  2. Yes said they were way too weak for the job in hand and he made his own, just like his manifolds :)
  3. Save your money, I was talking to Mike Smith about the spl ones, he said they were no good!

  5. Fully synthetic is the same viscosity as semi, and since you can fully synth at virtually the same price it would be silly not to get it!
  6. Jimmer and co have now got the best rep in the country for engine rebuilds and he's a top fella as well!
  7. Just got a K&N oil filter, and it is meant to be one of the best ones made and available for a zed, the filter material looks synthetic!
  8. You would be better off with a champion filter from halfrauds, C109 IIRC
  9. Put both the original ones back in and there is no benefit from blocking off the retrun hose. Z32 have you plumbed the return in, before or after the AFM?
  10. Do you mean the compressor blades?
  11. I think the bottom carpet is the same as a swb if that is any consolation?
  12. I spoke to TonyB a while ago and he recommended these http://www.speedcameralocator.com/ Instead of pot luck and joe public infroming of vans it has a dedicated team of people downloading this info!
  13. Isn't there a subscribed one that gives current mobile speed traps as well?
  14. WHat about some new hoses and mikalor clamps, don't know if you have stock turbos but you shouldn't be running more than a bar of boost on them?
  15. Good stuff steve, hope to see you around soon :)``
  16. They are there on the dyno sheet :)
  17. Cat D is written off by the insurance company because it is uneconomical to repair.
  18. I thought that with cat d, you can go to the local dvla inspection centre and for a small fee they will inspect it, see if the repairs are up to par and then remove it from the insurance write off list?

  20. I can see where you are coming from but where do you draw the line? Some of the stuff you get out of ebay is pure shite and some of it is great, is it really worth scrimping on gaskets that can give you a massive boost leak and blow your engine?
  21. Ebay gasket kits are not worth agro, if you just need a few small gaskets and can do a leak test afterwards fine but for anything major oem is the only way!
