Hello Mate, Pistons Wiseco from the states, 370ish plus tax, Arias from uk 600, it all depends upon the silicon content, I think the higher the content the piston is tougher but as a consequence you get more piston slap, the lower the content it is not as tough (still very strong) but you don't get as much piston slap! Injectors you can adapt the plenum to take Allen Key screws and slightly grind away the plenum so that you change the injectors at any poiint in the future, without removing the plenum! Nismo 550's about 600 quid, Apexi 550 about 510 quid! That is right about the Gaskets etc, as I have just spent 8-900 on getting the right parts from courtesey! Turbos choices are! Garrett GT25's 1800 plus get downpipes PE1420's 2000 for everything Turbo technics stage 2's over a grandish fit straight on Then you keep on going up in price and Lag LOL Other things to consider during the rebuild Clear out water channels, take out core plugs to see! Remove EGR system, plus AIV if you haven't already Replace Det Sensor Consider fitting EGT Gauges Port and Polish Bilky 16 psi is not a problem for the stock conrods, they can hold up to 600BHP Good Luck Mate Mark

Cheers Guys!! I have managed to get back on after giving the hard drive an even bigger clout on it's sides, it has fired up but is still making strange noises! I have managed to get Dell to send me another 4.3GB hard drive, even though I was 6 days out of warranty! The guy delivers it and says he wants the old one in exchange, I say I can't as it still has info I want to transfer and its still in the computer! Anyway Dell ring up saying they will give me 30 days to return it! I ask why as it is a Hard drive that is worth no more than £20 new, and it would cost more to courier it than it is worth to them! They say according to them it is worth $600!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they want it back as it is part of the terms and conditions I signed up for!!! I think they forgot my warranty expired 6 days ago and the courier never even asked for my signature for the hard drive!!!!! :eek: Mark

I think the mechanical side of it has gone t1ts up, as it makes slightly different noises when it tries to fire up!! Have tried taking it out/reconnecting it, but all to no avail! Can anyone sort us out with a bargain Comptuer or a cheapish hard drive!!!AS I sit in an internet Cafe, thinking this place is filled with crumpet, why do I want a computer at home!! Hi Mate, I have changed mine on both sides and I used a crows foot spanner, I think it is either 19 or 22 mm, a couple of extension bars and a flexible drive, a breaker bar and lots of plus gas. The main problem I had is getting to them with my sausage fingers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL Mark

Hi, Problems with the computer!!!!! Went to start it up and there was a slighty different sound and it displayed F1 to restart or F2 for setup!!! So I contacted Dell who informed my 3 year warranty expired 6 days ago but were Gracious enough to help me! They said in setup the Puta wasn't recognising there was a hard drive there, so take the cover off, checked the connections and blow the dust away. Which is what the Maestro AndyG suggested, Cheers Andy! And it worked!! For your Info! A week ago, my puta told me it had found a damaged section of the hard Drive and I followed its instructions and isolated it About the same time I opened an email that contained the Klem Virus, my antivirus software detected it isolated it and I then deleted it! So whats the prognosis Puta doctors? Mark

Hello Mate, The highest readily available octane petrol is shell Optimax 98.6 octane! If you can't use that then use the highest available octane you can get! The oil should be any good quality fully synthetic oil, changed with the filter every 3000 miles! There have been mass debates, lol, about this in the past do a search on it and see the various opinions on the forum! The electric aerial, do a search on TT.net I think I might have seen a fix for them, or buy a used one from Andy Z. Mark
