Insurance has to be one of the most costly things in running a Z, and now we have a chance to remedy this! Hello Mr. Hanley, As promised I confirm our company's interest in learning more about your club, so that we might assess its insurance requirements and whether we can offer something beneficial to your members. We currently work fairly closely with many major UK car owners and driving clubs and find these relationships mutually beneficial for all parties involved. So we can try and piece some sort of offering together you might remember I said it would be useful to examine 15-20 existing policies. To this end, I would be most grateful if you could forward some examples from your existing members, including policy wording, schedules and premiums paid. As soon as I have these I will pass them on to our underwriters for examination. If you need to speak to me or have any questions I can be contacted on, or at this email address.

I was thinking that, but they need the actual policies to review what is being offered by insurance firms, e.g. guaranteed value, windscreen cover, restricted mileage etc. and all the finer points maybe?

Hi James, Thanks, the alternative is to send me a photocopy, I will collect the photocopies and forward them to the insurance guy! The guy needs the polcies in full as they will unravel the fine details and assess what niche of the market we occupy!

Hi Guys, I am in talks with an insurance company regarding a special insurance deal for club members only (SO JOIN:D )! I can't promise anything but if we don't ask we won't get, in the past this company has given very competitive quotes for our cars and hopefully now they will be even better! To progress further the insurance company has to have details of the whole of your insurance policy, so that they can assess who the typical 300zx owner is and what package has been offered to you and at what price? He says he has to have a minimum of fifteen policy documents to make this assessment and then he can come back with a package! So guys I need you to scan your insurance documents and send them to me at mhanley@btinternet.com , I promise this information will only be relayed between myself and the insurance company. Hi, My old canon bubblejet may have packed up, bought a new cartridge from PC world and it doesn't appear to work!! I notice there are some printers around that are virtually the same price as a new cartridge for mine, but have been warned away from them because they are meant to have expensive cartridges:confused: Anyway what do you guys recommend? I don't need photo quality prints, would like to do some colour stuff but thats about it!

I think the turbos have to be dismantled and off the car to check the seals, it is an internal compnent of the turbo and then I think it has to be completed by a turbo specialist!

What breather kit are you using Sub? Some of these have been known to be problematic?

There is no great performance increase, it is just that it has a tendency to go wrong, and you then have to do major engine work to replace/remove them! There is a kit from america but you can do it with a bolt and two pennies stuck to the underside of pleum with heat resistant JB weld! Mark

The stock det sensor is virtually useless anyway, it only detects detonation up to 3500 rpm!

SPL parts sell a det sensor that works with the Z32 ECU, I have bought one but have yet to see how effective it is, but I still believe it works in conjunction with the oem det sensor! Has anyone got a good link to translate Japanese Instructions?
