Hi, I saw an exit duct on Audi a while ago, but cannot remember the exact model. It looked very simple with what looked like a single peice of carbon fibre or black plastic acting as the vent, in a hole cut out of the bumper! Does anyone know which model audi it is?

I think it might be better if we put the design on the forum so that members can print of a few copies whenever they need them?

The exhaust gas return system cools the cylinder temperatures and also helps with emmisions control, it can be a real PITA, as it is temperamental and can cause problems if it goes wrong. Also it is an engine out job if it does go wrong and it is very debatable whether it would make the car run better and what do mean by better?

Hi, I have removed the EGR system on my Zed and believe that a few people have experienced detting at lowish rpm about 3K, once this is done? Did you have to get it remapped to get rid of the detting?

Very Nice I like it!! Never liked the veilside front bumper though, the hood scoop could cause the spark and injector connectors to get a bit wet!!

No you are better off using spring clips, and drain and flush your coolant system while you are at it!

All UK cars were TT and had leather, sounds like an owner swapped it!
