In terms of the actual ECU, nothing, but the maps will be a little different. Although, I have seen maps with the same serial number on the chip that allegedly come from both UK and Jap cars.

Not at home unfortunately, so I don't have my box of old chips with me.

anyone else?

like they said above mate no real differance , only real differances will be between auto and manual versions bud

anyone knows what is the difference ?

was there a specific difference you wanted to know about, or a particular reason ?

anyone else?

Ones Jap and the other is a UK one :D

all standard jspec ecu's have a speedlimit of 184kmh, where european/uk/us ones have the limit at 252kmh

apart from that the differences are very minor, jspec ecu's tend to have a slightly more aggressive ignition map, because of their higher octane fuel
