That micra has a pulsar lump & running gear iirc, although why he didn't

just use a pulsar in the first place is beyond me, they're almost the same car.

.........around 10 years ago, Julia had a (then) new one - a metallic blue "Hollywood" version. The 1.0 16v....

.......I drove it to the NEC on one occasion when me and a mate went to the classic car show. Anyway, just as we were leaving he got a call from his other half and was told to get home ASAP as her father was rushed to A&E with heart problems.

We drove the 99 miles to my house in 1 hour flat!!!

When he told his GF, she was not surprised - I had my Supra at the time; she just said "So what - Richard has a fast car???"

He told her we were in the Micra - and to this day no-one believes him...........still it must have looked funny; this little daft blue girly Micra flying down the M40 passing Jags and BMWs etc :D

be so much better if it had the gtir 4x4 gear too :)

If you want to find a silly micra based car google a nissan scargo, its a K11 van that looks like a snail, its quite a unique little van!

The figaro is a kind of hybrid (betwwen K10 micra and K11) built at the PAO factory in japan, they use nissan bits and are licenced / co owned by nissan, they also do the box like PAO model and the miniture s type jag one, i forget the name.

I was quite pleased to find that our renault twingo is pretty much a K12 micra with a bit of french styling its even got the 1.2 TCE engine used in the K12 with a little turbo bolted on, so hopefully it will last a bit longer than previous renaults weve had.
