Ditto - none in my UK 300zx but I have them in my SLK. They heat up immediately and provide instant warmth when driving with the top down in winter. Plus you can put them on "half" heat so on those mornings when you wake up with a stiff back, the drive to work melts away that pain

Richard :)

PS I think late spec UK cars with leather had heated seats.......

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

did the uk spec zeds have heated seats? theres a uk spec zed and it mentions heated seats

My jap spec has heated seats when i fart and there liquid cooled when its runny :wack:

Sure have!

I borrowed a fully loaded 350slk for a long weekend last year. Very nice car

The chap who supplies our fleet cars at work got hold of a demo model for me. That "scarf" thingy was just excellent when driving in November with the roof down......

Loved the built in phone and the front fog light that comes on whith the indicator on the same side at night, to light you way round the corner

what i need to know is what type the relays are, iv been told the relays aer the same brown ones used for the head lights!! can anyone confirm that please? also where the timer unit and heated seat relays go again iv been told the timer sits some where behind dash on driver side and relays behind passenger side dash?? again can someone confirm that for me pleeease and one last thing as from under my carpet there is only 2 wires that come out on driver and passengr side which are for the movement of the seats! will there be a separate wire some where to connect the heated seats or will i have to sort the full wiring my self? i gess if some one can give me the wire colours that are coming from below the carpets to connect to the seats i ll be able to sort it from there please some one help me thanks
