Looking back through an old thread of mine about converting the side markers on the rear bumper to illuminated ones, just wondering, do all USA cars come with this as standard?

It's just that I might get a set posted over if they have built-in bulb holders.

Cheers mate, but already managed to get a set. Appreciate the offer though.

Mines a '90 import, N/A and I've just got red reflectors...another thing to add to the list of things waiting to be sorted out!!!!

im using leds so no real power draw. the problem is routing cables. i want to get the cables into the boot to make a neater job but cannot find a local way in.

did you take to bumper off to route the cables to the number plate lights?

Oppppssss! Sorry bud, I forgot to look back at this thread. Glad you're sorted :)

Yep I took my bumper off, because I modded it at the same time (It's the only one that I'm aware of that is a UK bumper with side markers - I stand to be corrected!) There is a nice neat slot in the polystyrene reinforcement that runs all the way from each side to the number plate location which I used. It fitted in very nicely.

Below is a pic of mine before it was painted, now you can't tell that it was every modded :D
