been looking at 300zx's for a month or so now and have completely fallen in love with them and want one so much!

 

I am 21 nearly 22 would i be paying a load of insurance? Anyone else this age?

 

I currently dont have a main car as i use a work van but i have a project 106 rallye on tb's which is quite fun that i use non competitivly on track days and hill climbs and occationaly take it out to taunt ppl :) hehe But want to step up in the world. 300zx's truley are a damn good looking car!

the insurance is by no means cheap but believe me its worth it!!! i'm 21 as well. no car gives you a smile quite like a zed!! go for it mate you wont regret it!

My advice, find an insurance company that charges less for an NA than a TT. Some don't differentiate, my company will charge me just as much for an NA as my TT (when its running :( ).

 

Also when looking for cars the forum's 'Cars for sale' is probably the best place to find a nice car thats been well cared for.

I think you can get a clasic policey from Carole Nash when you are 25 for the Zed not too long away.

If you want cheapest insurance on a zed then get a UK TT model,

from what I know it's cheaper then Jap spec N/A

Get yer self a traders policy mate !!!! Should work out alot less.. try blackfriers or if yer struggling Roadrunner but watch them there admin's not very good.

£500 fully comp with unlimited mileage for me seems like a complete bargain now. :D

 

I am 26 though....have full no claims too.

basic mods, 3yr ncb, 3 points, aged 23, doing 5000 miles a year, nice postcode -

 

£860 from admiral last year

My premium is £920 Fully comp, with £750 stereo cover, £250 excess. Im 27 with 2 years no claims bonus, 2 driving bans totalling 5 years, & a couple more lovely convictions on my licence. all declared to insurance, on my JapTT.. Im with A-PLAN.....and i think this is not too bad considering......
