Craig sorry to hear about your Z, looks like they were just out to vandalise it. The Police won't do anything when my old car got broken into they didn't even come round. I fixed a camera on it after and had no more trouble.

coppers called at 11 and just gave me a crime number on the phone, didnt even bother coming round.

tis a fucker, as the car has been in front of the house all week, until last night, when i put it round the side

 

the only non glass damage is on the black door frame, one hit, so i'll try and do a glass claim if i can

John, how much was your camera? Is it apparent that is was there? I really would like to get one. There were about 3 cars stolen in my street in 1 week at the begining of the year.

In total over in less than 2 months 200 cars were stolen in the area by people who lived in the scum area of Wigan. And the police didnt even think of sending a car round the area every few hours to check.

I can’t remember how much it was, but I know you can pick them up fairly cheap from places like Maplins. It was put behind my kitchen window so that it could be seen and had a video connected to it with a 4hr tape on long play over night.

Is the quality good? Does it see well in the dark or do you have a light coming on when some one goes near it?

ok, first call to insurance company today suggested that i might have to pay for one of the three bits of glass, if i wanted to claim on the glass policy instead of the normal policy.

 

so i got prices for those to see which i would pay for (getting ready to call mac1 for the door glass he offered)

 

but, when i called the glass claim in, they said i have unlimited glass cover, so i can get all done and just pay 50 quid excess !

 

so i am only 50 out of pocket.

 

but if i find the bastards, then i'll give you all a call, and we'll get my 50 quid out them in other ways....

Hmmmme thinks if we get them, some good old Terrorist torteur tactics will work here
