Speed Sensor Purchase

Can anyone help me, please?

I'd like to purchase a new speed sensor to replace my current, erratic one, which has got an aversion to the British winter :D

Question is this: do Courtesy sell this? I've lookeed but I'm boogered if I can find it. Anyone know their part no for it?

Failing that - any other ideas to source one, outside of Mandella?

I'd rather have a new one, as it seems to be a point of regular failure, so I thought I'd check that out before hassling Mr Andy Z! :D

Any help appreciated.

CheerZ,

JB.

Though most of the time it's not the sensor that fails but the pinion wears out.

Thanks Eric, that's superb ...

If it were the pinion, would that cause it to fail when it's cold and spring back into life when as it warms up? After all, it's been fine all through the summer months. Curious.

Stu, I already have mate, already have!! :D:D;)

Guess who I need to help me fit 'em?

If it helps JB, I'm experiencing the smae thing - speed sensor was bad last winter (erratic), but absolutely solid all the way through the summer. It's recently started playing up again.

I'll be spying on this thread to see what you find out!

Good luck,

Russ.
