I love the section about the headlights. The engineers felt the 60 degree slope wouldnt work and couldnt be done.....they were right, At night they dont work! 😅

Maybe a case of style over substance, but glad that Yama San insisted that they be used rather than "pop-ups"!

Popups are cool though... MK3 supra, Bugatti eb110, Ferrari F40...

Not forgetting the Lamborghini Diablo had pop-ups from 1990 until 1999 when they changed to a certain fixed composite lens design . . . .

I agree also - having had 2 Mk3 Supras..... 😉 

I don't recall the EB110 having pop-ups though, but like Andrew, I am pleased that Yama San decided against them for the Z32.... It ensured the car would remain timeless over 30 years after first production😎
