This years club AGM is being held at The British Motor Museum, Banbury Road, Gaydon, Warwickshire CV35 0BJ. More information can be found here:

We have a function room booked and depending on confirmed numbers, a lunch will be laid on as well. We have the room booked from 10am to 3 pm. The BMM is a great museum with lots to see and do, but as an added bonus there happens to be a Classic Ford meeting being held as well!

As some members will have further to travel, we are making use of a local hotel to stay on the Saturday night. We normally meet at the hotel, have dinner together, several drinks and then get up on Sunday morning and plan a little drive to the museum for a bit of fun. If you would like to book a room, you can either book it yourself or comment in this thread, we will get the rooms booked and you can pay the hotel on the day. Details on the hotel are here:

Please remember that this is your club and the AGM is for all of you come and meet everyone, make friends and guide the clubs forward path. Without YOU a club would not exist, so we ask you to come to the AGM, make your suggestions, make your critisms and be part of making what you want the club to be. It doesnt matter if your Zed is rusty or not perfect quality, bring it along! We have all owned rusty projects in the past, so dont be ashamed. If your car is in pieces, come along in your daily driver! At the AGM, zeds are important, but the most important bit is you, yourself turning up!

Please add to this thread if you are coming on the day or will be joining us for the overnight stay.

I won't now be able to make the AGM.....my front nearside brake has seized on....and I don't have enough time to remediate before Sunday

I'm sure it will be a great day (weather looks great!) ...so plenty of pictures please 👍

......Although you could still come long without your Zed mate, bring the Masser out for a day - I'm sure a few of us would like to see it 😉

Yes, quite a lot, I'll have to count up, but last rough estimate was at least another 5, maybe even 10

Found a coolant leak coming from what looks like an impossible place to get to on my car 😞

If its just loose clamps, i will be trying to see if i can get to it them tomorrow and saturday, else it wont be drivable 😞 

and i thought a whole car covered in tiny tree sap droplets, like a braille paint job, was going to be my main job to sort tomorrow 😞 

I can't Make it, I was given the wrong date for a job which it turns out is on Sunday not Monday 😞

.....You can always come in the Tuareg or in Nikk's car - assuming you still have alternative transport to the Ultima..... 😉

Shame you can't make it Ian.... But as with all these things, work and family first, there'll always be other car meets!

Touareg is SORNed at moment, so might be Nikks car, or on a bike more likely.

Got the Zed sorted, was the universal joint seized, picked her up yesterday from Jimmer. So see you Sunday. Sorry to hear about some of the other member car issues. 

So I have just read through ALL the comments on all three facebook posts, that wasnt fun(!), but it looks like we have 5 yes and 7 maybes. Im meeting three cars on enroute to the show and thats been confirmed, so worse case we have the 10 on here, 3 im travelling up with. Or we have the 10 on here and the 5 yes or best case we have 10 on here, 5 yes and all 7 maybes. So we could have either 13 or 15 or 22 😁
