Newbie here, I just acquired a '96 with 17k miles. I drive her to work 3 days a week (15 miles a day). I drive a few miles on the weekends too sometimes. We live in Florida so no mud/snow.  I am second-guessing this decision. Am I making a mistake driving it so regularly? I drive a Chevy 2500 beast truck when I have to drive longer distances/bad weather but it is not a fun ride. I hate to buy another third car because that seems wasteful. Opinions?

Yeah as above, if you’ve got good weather then go for it! We all would be driving all year round if we could. Keep it well maintained and you can put on as many miles as you want.

Agreed with the above, I drive mine every day I can if the weathers going to be dry (and I don’t have my 3 kids to cart about!)

If your in a position to daily drive a 300.. I say enjoy it and dont look back!!

I certainly don't when I'm ripping it through the gears comes ice, snow or rain...

Occasionally when i get home from said drives i look on here and see posts about garaging cars because the salt gritters are out and remember how short life is and how much fun I've had!

I used mine daily for years in a much worse climate.  I see them as a drivers car.  But obviously with such low mileage its wherther you want it more for resale value or to enjoy

I used to daily drive all 5 of my previous cars. You bought it to enjoy it right?

You are lucky, perfect weather, cheap petrol, so hell yes drive it every day!
