This may be hoping beyond hope but can anyone confirm if the rubbers for the rear three-quarter glass are available as a separate part ?

There're obviously manufactured separately so perhaps they might be sourced from wherever Nissan sourced them ? Of course that assumes Nissan outsourced them :-) Has anyone tried with Nissan in Japan ?

Thanks guys

I bought replacement trims that run along the bottom of the glass but I'm hoping I can get the rubbers that run down the back of the glass - the curved bit. When you remove the old trim unfortunately a small piece of rubber that covers the end gets torn off as it's invariably fused itself to the lower trim - maybe some kind of vulcanisation ?

Sorry I should have said I already had the lower trims.

Presume these are not oem pieces? What is the colour/finish like in comparison to the oem when new?

Yes they are, I have an unused set if you want them £80 posted.

zcentre sells them for over £65 per side.

Hi Lee,

Sorry to hijack the thread..... But if MarkyB does not want those trims off you, I'll buy them mate - if you're still interested in selling!

Any idea on a Nissan part number for them?

There is no part number listed for these individually as they are supplied as part of the glass assembly (which is NLA). I’m not sure where Luke is getting these from. The KurumaZ trims are another options but they aren’t a matching finish to the OEM pieces so it would require the whole set being replaced.

Yes the rubber surround comes as part of the glass, used is the only way now, but the lower trim can be made by buying two front window lower trims, spin them around and cut them to suit length along the back rears quarter windows, use black silicon to bed them in.
