Could some one please advise of the exact position of the Twin Turbo decal on the rear hatch...or is it just a case of 'centreing' it within the right hand side of the hatch?

Thanks

Gary

The OEM ones have a template edge to the backing paper to line up iirc

Quite correct, the front paper matches up to the spoiler etc.

Just for reference, the image Jeff posted is not the correct one for your car Gary, that's the later style for the perspex panel. It won't line up correctly, I'll grab you the part number of the early one as the template is a different shape, letter spacing is different and the colour of the lettering is slightly different.

Part number for the early one is 9309440P02

It shows as still being available. It's not cheap but it looks much better than the aftermarket ones and of course comes on the template for the early spoiler. :)

Adding image.

Gary if you need one I have a 93094-40P02 spare.

If we have a collection of originals with part numbers then why don’t we copy them and sell them through the club at a reduced rate to Members? My best mate owns a sign shop and I’m sure he’d be happy to knock up a load. The club could hold the stock and the money then goes to the club.

Good idea in principle, we did just this about 10 years ago and gave them away in the workshop, why give them away? because they sat on the shelf with no buyers for three years, good ideas are not always workable ones sadly.

Cheers Andrew but I would need the part in the shop so we could match the colour of the vinyl, the position within the “jig”, height of text, gap within inlay and so on. Is the inlay vinyl on vinyl or print?

Another reason to do this would be to get all the data and formate saved as Nissan I doubt will have these forever?

I got some made up a few years ago and they sell but in dribs and dabs.

Don't bother yourself would be my advice when there's nothing wrong with these from an ebay seller....

The black boarder around each character is printed. Most but not all replicas just have borderless text. An example of

one which is close to the OEM form is this one:
