Hey guys, just seen this, where Z1 are developing their own wiring harness for the Z32, they’re going to sell it for $398 but if you can order it, fit it within 90 days and provide feedback on it they then credit you with $200:yes:

Might be of interest to some people on here:thumbup1:

As far as I recall the WS were $600 plus shipping and duties, when I did the Group Buy 2 years ago:ohmy:

Was that 2 years ago :wheelchair:

Year and a half bud, just looked back, started it up beginning of September ‘16, don’t think I’ll ever do one again, too stressful :whistling:

Thanks for the info. I wonder how Z1's will compare in quality to the Wiring Specialties offerings and if a RHD version will be made?

I’ve not seen WS first hand but I’ve heard mixed reviews.

One aspect I do like the sound of is a “customisable” loom, so for me having top feed injectors having a loom with the correct Injector connectors for my injectors is a big plus. Being able to delete stuff is also helpful, such as O2 sensor connectors (as my Haltech has its own loom for the wide bands) would save me having random plugs lurking around the bay serving no purpose

I watched this on their FB page yesterday and I was disappointed I’m not at this stage of the project yet however it’s definitely something I will be following as a RHD version may appear if there’s enough interest from us and other RHD countries.

As Nick has said ‘customisable’ definitely made me listen more. Made to order and to suit our individual requirements is a awesome little touch.

I'll bring one back with my when I'm next in the US in July. At that price it's got to be worth a punt just to see what the quality is like.

No Stephen, it would be $198 plus shipping on the basis that it was fitted and feedback provided within 90 days. You pay the full amount $398 and if you give feedback in the 90 days from purchase they'll credit your Z1 account $200, ie. you'll still have to buy something from Z1.

Not too sure if they'll still have the offer running in July Simon. You're pally with the lads though, so they might do something.

Totally agree with you Joel, we got charged $50 for a RHD loom only to recieve LHD ones also.
