Gotta agree with Julia it is a bit nerdy, but there’s nothing wrong with that. Nerd is very on trend these days... let’s face it we’re all bloody Nissan nerds to a lesser or greater extent, we spend too much time and money on old cars to be normal.

Very tasteful Richard including the Merc one. Never thought i would ever say this but my current old S430 is one of the best cars Ive ever owned and so much so i am now looking for a Bi-turbo S class:thumbup1:

Go for it Bri! The fella that owns the company I work for has the S63 AMG and it's an absolute monster.... Personally, I'd have picked the E63 as the S-class is more limo than tarmac terror; but you have to respect that 5.5 litre V8 Bi-Turbo....:thumbup:

...My comparison to the E63, was that the E is better suited to being an AMG than the S. I love the S-class for what it is - and I would also buy an S to waft, rather than to whizz around. S500 all the way - although I do rather like the new s63 Coupe......:drool: Lot of money though!!

Well, after almost four months of these babies sitting in the spare room waiting for me to do something with them, I finally got around to hanging the banners in my garage...…

 

…..Along with the Zclub calendar, which is now five months in....:lol:

 

 

I was holding out for getting the garage repainted inside - pending my Zed's return. But this year has flown by so quickly, I just haven't had the time....:wink:

Cheers Gary - and it's tighter when the Zed is in there!! Hence I found those old carpet off-cuts in the loft, when we moved in, and stuck them to the walls right where the car doors open. Same idea, just didn't cost me anything...:wink:

When I was in Filey I used two old duvets on the wall and old tyres at the end to protect my baby !
