for any of you long term members who may remember "Bob" from Safe and Sound, in Chester.

he did quite a few member alarm or audio installs, and other vehicle electrics etc.

Had a white zed with audio install, with smoke machine and disco lasers,

unfortunately, Mark unexpectedly passed away a few weeks ago, and his funeral is today.

he traveled down to a fair few southern meets, stopping at my place, where he often setup install jobs while down here.

he was my Le Mans co pilot the last time i went, and an honest and genuinely good all round bloke.

but boy could he snore for England.

will have a brew in his memory later.

cheers Bob

How very sad Craig. I remember him well, thoroughly nice bloke. First meet him when installed the alarm system in the Zed.

Photo is of Bob (on the right) and myself chatting at JAE in 2005 - Happier times. Thoughts and prayers to his family, RIP Bob.

Thanks for the picture Andrew, you can see why he was called Bob :)

I was around in those days, but can't remember if I ever met him or not, but RIP fellow Z owner.

One of the first people I met on the Z scene. Craig, Bob and I would sit up into the early hours chatting on ICQ. He was a terrific car and technology enthusiast, but most of all the was a hugely funny and bloody nice bloke.

My thoughts go to his family at this awful time.
