There is a few items we would change but hell that UK 300zx TT is in very good condition from what I see in the pictures. Would love to know its history as I have never see it on the roads near me but it is on the other side of the provence. It would be very near to our member Sudesh.

Fantastic looking Z, nice find Gaz.... Now go and buy it:thumbup:

On another note, I might have a Z that you could be interested in buying:whistling: give me a shout later:innocent:

It is stunning, but is no longer an authentic low mileage UK zed, with a 99 spec front and those ebay tail lights. Makes me wonder why a mint restored zed and rebuilt brand new engine like Dougals or madmax in the past couldnt command that sort of price, lets hope they can or are we valuing our own cars too low because we have been around them for so long :innocent:

A lot of zeds trying to achieve over 10k now it can only drive prices up but realistically no one is osying that for a zed. May be on low miles I'd still check the rust spots though if it's been sat outside for any length of time.

It's certainly big money for an obviously modified example. Those rear lights ruin it for me and, if I'm honest, the 99 Spec front doesn't suit having the headlamp washers fitted in the slightest.

It does look to be a beautiful example however. Maybe it's because we on here have (in our opinions) a better idea than most as to what makes a sought after Zed... a return to the original bumper and rear clusters would help the sale no end, I reckon.

The whole rear end ruins it for me. You'd want it to be original for that price. Those cheapo eBay rear lights really let it down.

It's clearly a good example though, but considering its an auto and has had some of the key original features removed, the price is not likely to be achieved.

For the purest the front spoiler, rear lights and no 89 spec rear spoiler is wrong but I could live with the front 99 spec spoiler but the rear lights would have to go and it needs the oem rear spoiler. Price is heavy but that's the way its going now as you would be paying an average of 10k for a good import and that mileage of 32k that's just over 2k a year!

Richie you have me interested lol.

The fact is you're not going to get a car like this for less anymore. Look at the prices of these similar imports, and they're not nearly as rare as UK cars:

Nobody bats an eyelid at these prices for a Supra or RX-7. The Z32 is just underrated and has been much more available, but that's not going to last forever.

Full (probably) respray at the mileage is interesting, too.

Red cars can fade if not cared for and looking closer at the pic of the front door area I cant see the black rubber seal around the door handle which would annoy me.

Dougals car was sold?

No lol, i was giving an example of a minted restored zed and the possible price it should get or go for

Based on the registration being J235 DYL then the car's MOT history is shown below. No MOT history

since June '07 (untaxed since Feb '07) So looks like 2nd owner put 8K miles on in first year of ownership

and then kept the car off the roads.

Do you know where the test centre was Andrew? I have a feeling that you cant check the MOT history on the Northern Ireland MOT centre's as I tried to check mine but could not find it.

I don't have access to the test centre information Gary. Maybe someone in the trade can? As to the http://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history

they state "You can only get test results from 2005 onwards for tests done in England, Scotland or Wales".

Just took a good look at the photos.....

It's not worth that money, not going to say why on open forum, but spoke to another member about curtain issues.

It's not worth that money,

No Zed is to be fair, looks very nice and shiny, but as the saying goes " all that glitters is not gold "

I agree there Gaz.....

.....But for me a top priced UK spec, whether manual or auto, needs to have heated, electric leather to complete the "GT car experience" and justify that price!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I'm the opposit, the car needs to be a manual, full Nissan history, cloth interior, and totally standard in every other way. But we are all different.....I sold my F40 a few years ago, it missed 1 years Ferrari history and that was due to my illness coming on which landed me in a coma...Didn't matter how much I tried to explain this, even showed them photos of me in that state. if it missed that 1 history they were very hard to talk too. Eveventually got it shifted. The guy was very understandable.

No matter what, I would not be paying that for the Z advertised. And I've owned 17 or 18 of them, some with only 7k etc.......

A full Nissan history? How many Nissan dealers are still around who even know what a 300ZX is, let alone know how to correctly service one?

To be fair an F40 is in a rather different space to the 300ZX, and if I was paying F40 money, then yes I would be suspicious of missed official servicing!
