I feel I need new wheels, sooner rather than later. I currently have a set of fuel 6s. I painted them gun metal a few years back but they need a refurb. They arnt the style I want really and is like something simpler. So what are they worth? They were about £650 new, I didn't pay this.

Ideally I'd like to swap them. I need 18s though as my brakes won't fit behind anything else. Real pain in the ass, I'd go back to stock for a while otherwise. To sell these save then get what I want. Every time I look at the car though I feel disappointment with them.

You should replace IMO - they're seriously unflattering IMO. They look ok in the photo Andrew posted, but it's obvious they are imitation split rims. What's your budget for replacements Steve?

They look nice in this state:

They do look alright and did when I first did them but I dont have the inclination to sort them because I'm not keen on design to begin with.

Agreed. The answer is not much. The more I can get for these the more I have to play with. If I can dispense of the need for spacers my 25mm hubcentrics can sell and add to the fund. As a temporary measure I'm quite keen on using the non Rays 18s from a 350. I've still gotta pay of the lighting rink on my aquarium so can't go splurging money really atm, but I really don't like them.

I'd like move away from spilt rim effect or even split rims. Something 5 or 6 spoke. Simple clean look. I'd like to run 9s up front and possibly a 10 at the rear.

That's pretty much what I've just bought, 5 spoke, 9" & 10" but in 18's

I hated TSW wheels about 10 years ago, but they're making much nicer looking stuff now if you're on a budget.

TSW Sochi look quite nice too -

Look nice on the Audi but I think they are a bit bulky for a z32. Thinking more like TE37's but not remortgage price.

That's probably because they're 20s!

Lol sorry I didn't get my measuring stick out! :wack: I meant the design as a whole.

glad your getting 18s the best size wheel for a z :thumbup1:

I've already got 18's Dan. Just want to change design. I can't run 17s as they simply won't fit over the brakes and I like a little side wall, my cars stiff enough, on 19s I think it would be terrible.

18 look just rite. i always think 19 are to big every time i see a z with them, its like a step to far

Disagree. I think my 19s look just right :)
