yep turbo manual with a possible 400bhp if the old ad is true

I doubt it's a genuine veilside car, it's not got a complete kit etc. I also doubt it has 400hp, that's the number banded around for a boost upgrade, chip and bolt ons. I expect in reality it's running about 330-340bhp. Still not to be sniffed at.

Aside from that you've found a serious bargain. That's the desirable format, with some extras. Look forward to seeing what sorta state she's in.

The holes in the spoiler suggest it once had that God-awful VS wing on the back...

Is a bargain for that, I think this was the 1st car I looked at when I was in the market right at the start just over 3years ago.

Welcome to the Club James, that will be a nice car when it's done:thumbup1: I like the Tan leather interior.

I am very Jelly, it will look really nice when its finished :thumbup1:

The original Veilside demo cars had Veilside Andrews wheels and large bucket seats. I don't think this is an original, however I came across this - looks like a replica that blew its engine a while ago. Post number 12. Yours is almost certainly a replica.

It could be related.

On the advert comments:

"Hey, cool car but sorry not the actual car veilside used for advertising and showing the car. You're missing the veilside aero side mirrors, veilside hood, wrong paint colour(not the proper gold) missing the veilside 300zx combat decals on the doors and down the hood, missing the sparco bucket seats wrapped in tan leather and tan suede, missing the whole interior to be wrapped in tan leather and tan suede, also missing the veilside Andrew evolution V rims. Sad to see a buyer believe this, thought I'd do some poking around to see what veilside 300s are out there but gonna be honest here but I have the original demo 300zx TT sitting in my garage as we speak. . Gonna post it up soon and give pics of it. If you look up the car and the car advertisement for the combat body kit you can see the aftermarket hood isn't flush with the headlights bd nose panel just like mine btw. Check my car out when I post it, just though I'd give ya a heads up though..."

i originally offered the car to a mate who was looking for one but he decided it was too much work for him so me being stupid, mental, daft etc decided i needed another project to add to the other 5 ive got plus the other 4 cars ive got to fix

its in a fairly poor state as it needs at least a full flat and polish new front bumper front mount bootlid spoiler a wheel poss head light then rebuilding

Welcome still a bargain at that price.

Anyone know if this is a lwb or swb? Or how to tell?

If there are seats in the back bud :)

Looks like a lwb from your pictures :thumbup1:

Fuel flap is before wheel arch on SWB and after on LWBjust from looking outside

LWB (Long wheel base) has fuel flap behind back wheel, SWB (short wheel base) has fuel flap in front of rear wheel:thumbup1:
