It will be Jaikai, Funkysi, Joely P and AndrewG We would need a thread up for it soon.

We have one already....

But in accordance with show rules, as it contains a discount ticket code, we can only post it in the full members sections. The thread is here.....

French Z lovers speak to Uk Z lovers...

There is maybe a possibility for some of us to come to NEC!

I was just wondering if you would accept a visit on your stand?

A nice opportunity to have a chat... and maybe organize something next year aroud Le Mans Classic, so that you do not come without the pleasure to meet some of us on a possible occasion!

The visit in Birmingham is still a project, but we will try to do it... Hope we shake a hand, Andrew!

Of course Hubert! Do please come to the stand! I can speak a little French, so I am sure we can get by!

The LeMans idea sounds excellent, we have thought about going to the Spa Classic too which isn't too far from you.

I wold be very interested in a trip to Spa as long as we get to drive round the circuit

The LeMans idea sounds excellent,

We are already booked in the Le Mans Classics 2016, at the mo there are 25 of us. Fingers crossed I'll be back in a Zed driving down. If you want to go you really need to reserve now or you'll never get a camping pitch. Think deposits are paid around now for reservations.

Thanks for your answer Simon, It will be a pleasure after reading so many posts from you, and never having a chance to meet! I'll speak English, and you'll speak french!

Spa Classic is 13,14 and 15 of May 2016. We will be there with Datsun-France club stand, grouping all Datsun-Nissan fans from Europe. We had 35 cars this year, with some special UK 240Z from ZCubNet, guys from Belgium and Netherlands, French of course, and even a guy from Poland! The track sessions are great, first because of Spa-Francorchamps mythic track, and also depending on days, more or less "quiet" drives, depending on the number of participants. Come on Friday to train and learn!

I will start a separate subject, so that we can cover the accomodation, tickets, track sessions, and all the sides with evening and belgium beer!

Le Mans Classic 8, 9 and 10 of July is different because of the enormous size of the event. Yes, accomodation has to be booked as early as possible. Track sessions are also possible on the long track used for 24Hours race. We will have a stand and parking area for all Datsun-Nissan cars wishing to come (easy and central compared with outside parkings far away and not grouped). I will be there too, so it means that we have at least two possibilities for meeting next year!

Wellcome to all of you!

I will try to make the NEC visit so that we can talk about those projects, and it will be a pleasure to meet again with Andrew!

Not 100% sure yet, but I will do my best.

Just looking and with the discount code on the Saturday it's £18.00 plus £1.50 booking fee.

Then i read it's nearly as much again to park at the NEC........£12.00 per car :sweatdrop:.

A little research and it looks like you can park here for half that :thumbup1:.

Birmingham International Station Long Stay CP

Station Link Road

West Midlands

Solihull

EDIT : And then i read this 'There are shuttle buses running from the NEC car parks to the halls'......my guess is 'my' car park may well be less of a walk/transfer !!

You said it mate.....

.....I have used the station car park for the last 10 years when visiting the NEC. It is indeed about £6; and it's about 10 minutes walk - under cover as opposed to out in the rain - into the show....

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Wish I could go but I'm in the Dominican Republic at the mo. My mate has just finished setting up his stand with a very pretty jaguar xkss he built.

When its done can someone post some pictures of the Z's stand please?

Hi guys,

Sorry I couldn't be on site with you for setup and the rest of the weekend.

But looking at the new plot I've decided and have arranged for a care package to be delivered on my behalf for setup.

So look out for a special friend of mine called Mark who will be dropping by tomorrow morning with the two national banners

which we should have on setup day.

They come with wheel stands so your going to have to push your zeds over them to keep them upright.

Within a week I will know what my plans are for next year and i'll be onsite with what i'm now calling my 'MarkII' zed.

All the best and have a great weekend.

Lee
