I want to order a new "Nissan Fairlady Z" boot-strip decal as mine is extremely faded. ConceptZ have them in bronze or silver, which one should originally be on my car? (2000 JDM)

Can post a picture later if it helps but you really can't make it out very well. I thought they were just white.

Silver seems to be standard, never seen a bronze one on any Z tt or na. But stand to be corrected.

Nah - do what I've done and fit the "Fairlady Z" and "Twin Turbo" decals. Lose the "Nissan" part :thumbup1:

Ditto - mine's a UK spec anyway so it would have been "Nissan" and "Twin Turbo" originally..... But I left off the "Nissan" badge, just to keep people guessing...:wink:

I think I may go for fairlady in pink...... as apparently the colour of mine is a girlie colour...... or so my MOT tester pointed out........ Just before i pushed him into the pit while he was giggling......!!!!

He even tried to tell me all TT 300zx have spoilers that raise up at 115mph and as I have removed my spoiler the back end might get tail happy at speed.........

lets say I got a bit hot around the collar and insisted he was wrong..... politely ......... as he hadn't signed on the dotted line at that point!!

Has anyone EVER seen an OEM 300zx with an automatic tailgate spoiler?

To actually answer the question (I know this breaks forum rules), it depends.

My silver S1 JDM TT 2+2 = silver decal

My blue S3 JDM NA 2+2 = no decal at all

My sonic silver S6 VS JDM NA 2+2 = black decal

JDM 1999 brochure shows 2 with silver decal

You pays yer money and takes yer choice.
