Had to pull the zed out the garage where I've been hiding it and trying to forget I have it, till I sort everything out and get the chance to buy the last few bits that need doing,

the sun was out and the pearl in the paint was looking good even without the rear lights and front bumper it looked nice so thought id take a few pics before i throw it back in the garage for god knows how long...

It's not me it's money I wish I could fit it all up now but I just cant,

My ocd has paid off though cause time away looking at it now it looks like new lol...other then the bits missing lol...

To be honest trying to stay off forum and away from zed cause it gives me the bug to spend and play,

And have a few bits that need to come 1st, but why it's safe in the garage it's not rusting away,

All I need is 99spec front bumper, 99spec rear lights and a nice set of wheels, I sold all them bits on mine lol,

 

Looks like mine has same skirts has yours baz...but yours is a real 99spec are they version r...

Terry, so long as you don't loose your Zed mojo again take your time - the car will look stunning when finished either way.

That's a beautiful car mate, do what I do and try to grab a few nixers in your free time to help raise cash, I find the odd gardening job here and there when I'm off work. In the last 2 weeks I've raised €550 towards my replacement engine (have only had 20 hours sleep since Sunday morning!)

It'll be worth it though. You'd be surprised how many people don't want to / can't do powerwashing/ gardening etc and are willing to pay.

Who can i sell a kidney too lol, I work till really late most nights and work is getting better (bills are getting paid) then i can get the car finished,

I actually had the car out today and have been sanding the whole car with 1500 sandpaper a few bits i polished up have came out really nice there like glass,

i might try find an older style bumper and some 99 replica rear lights so i can use it for a bit then by a 99spec front bumper and 99spec rear lights from zcentre again next year,

That is a stunning looking zed...

 

Pearl white is definitely the best colour for these
