Has anyone ordered a wiring harness from WS recently. If so, I was just wondering on the level of service you received.

I ordered a new EFI loom, transmission loom and a couple of sub looms last Friday and as of yet have not received any follow up emails with tracking information or other.

I received the initial order email which has a order update link, but nothing changes there either and still no tracking info.

I have emailed them 2 days ago and have had no reply has yet.

The order may just turn up out of the blue, but some tracking info or anything would just be nice to give some confidence in your order.

 

Any thoughts?...More patience?

I had similar, after about 4 weeks I sent an email and eventually got a response but it didn't arrive for quite some time.

I've had mine on order for the last month and a half

My situation is a little tricky as I am having it sent to me in Hong kong and I'm traveling back to the UK to install it in early May.

They have been communicating with me, the rhd loom was on back order and mine has now been despatched and I hope to get it in the next few days, hopefully yours will be sent out to.

 

I'm hoping the quality is worth the wait

Like you say, probably on back order. A bit naughty really as when I bought mine it clearly showed as in stock ready to ship, now when I look this morning it says RHD loom out of stock and won't let you try to buy one!

Bummer as my Zed is dead without one ATM :(

I think I may have to invest in one of these at some point :)

I ordered one on the 12th March, its now at parcel force waiting for me to pay the import taxes, another £80. But at least it's here, I found them very good and kept me informed throughout

They sent the tracking form when they posted it, think they make to order

As mine arrived with no addition tax to pay which I thought was weird.

Sometimes things slip through the vat and duty net. I have had it a couple of times but most of the time I have had to pay the tax.

Just check that what you ordered is what you actually received. They make a good product, but seem to cock up orders and deny that there was ever an issue.
