Just a bit of fun. As some of you may know, the Internet is awash with a question about the colour of a dress! I see it as Black & Blue. However, a lot of others see it as Gold & White.

 

So What do you see?

How come I see that pic as Black and Pig see's it as white then mate? What colour do you see it as?

It's to do with how the cones in our eyes see the colour blue mate. Some people will see that pic as white and gold. Agree about the loads of different colours of it on t'internet. But apparently, it was agirl from Scotland that tweeted the pic first.

It's blue and orange...? where's the option for that?

Now that I have also seen the furore surrounding this - on a day when we hear that immigration is higher than government promises, Gary Glitter gets handed a 16 year jail sentence, Jihadi John's identity is exposed and the great Mr Spock passes away - I have answered my own question. It wasn't actually a slow news day...:lol:

 

So upon seeing the picture my answer is "both." I tilt my laptop screen one way, it's blue and black; I tilt it another then it's white and gold......

 

.... So there we are. Mystery solved......:whistling:

White and gold looking straight on

all depends on the contrast of the device you view it on !

 

On my screen its light blue / brown.

I saw this last night and it was gold/white. This morning on the same screen its blue/black. Tilting the screen doesn't make any difference

I do see how contrast can change the perceived colour and I did think that that was the main cause for it. However, on my phone, tablet, tv and PC it's always black and blue to me. The only time I've seen it as white and gold was on the BBC news where the changed the contrast and tones of the image.

 

Just for people that don;t know, the dress is actually Black and Blue...

Me to it looked gold/white then later on it looked blue/black i thought it was a joke now everyone indoors is still saying gold/white...wtf lol...
