RIP Mr.K - such sad news. You have been the inspiration to many and have changed lives forever. May you rest in car heaven!

A number of my friends have met him have have echoed the comments about his friendly nature and awesome personality. I'm only sad that I didn't get chance to meet him - it had been planned!

I did see this, this morning I thought you would start the thread which felt right. He defiantly had a good run.

All I can say is "Thank you Mr. K" as without you we would not all be here, I would not have my Z to drive and enjoy. I also wouldn't have got to meet such a diverse bunch of owners......... and make some new friends with the same passion I have.....

I do love this statement it say's he made.....

“A car is a horse. I want to drive a thoroughbred that’s in tune with my heartbeat, but not something that’s too dressed up for someone like me,”

We all have him to thank for our love of this car RIP but at 105 what an innings don't think I'll make it that far so got to applaud him for that.
