Not sure on costs at the moment but I'd be sticking with what you have.

In my experience Mongoose exhausts are a better quality.

Zed #2: 1998 Midnight Purple 2+2 NA. (owned 2020 - now)

Zed #1: 1995 Blue Slicktop NA (2013-2015)

Not ready to fall off lol but im going off what it looks like and sounds like.

I had a mongoose fitted to my old zed and thought it was too tame. so i got japspeed. Mongoose brand new are like £500...jaspeed are £270.

Thats what i think too!! maybe look at selling mine and seeing what is out there.

As always thanks for the input.

Any offers!!

I have Hollings' Japspeed now, I like it a lot, it clearly produces good power and response, I am under the car quite a bit and it is still solid. It is quite a soft noise, bassy but doesn't invade the cabin, barks like hell at WOT, inside the car it is subtle, outside it rasps pretty well.

Bloody good value if it was 270 pounds.

Well this has done about 3 mile max since owning and as you can see its in pretty good condition.

If you don't mind waiting till mid February for me to get those lights you can have a look at my japspeed exhaust. Won't have the zed on the road until then. It makes a good noise. Had a mongoose on my last zed.

Yes mate although my car will be under cover on the drive mate. Would be good to see you pal.

pretty much as tom says. I removed the mongoose as it was too subtle for me. after all you drive a zed...not a mondeo.

I went from a Japspeed to Mongoose, reason being having an NA the Japspeed was too raspy but did sound nice, the mongoose for me is more refined, but will still kick it out when flooring it

I've never had a mongoose but I do like the Quad exhausts and from those I've seen, I think the mongoose is quite decent

having had both the japspeed and now the mongoose. the japspeed weights like half the weight of the mongoose and sounds great very good value for money. I only changed to the mongoose as I like the quad look better. the mongoose isn't as loud as the japspeed but I don't mind that

I have the mongoose system, it's got a lovely burble at tick over and when cruising but it does bark nicely when you give it some

I ve a japspeed exhuast on my na, very raspy, not too loud, track legal noise wise, I imagine it would be quiter on a tt.

Having said that the z1 pg on my tt is the best sounding zed exhuast I've ever heard. ( my opinion only) but is loud.

I went from japspeed to mongoose like the look of the quad

quads looks so much better than the single pipes. the single pipes don't look rite on the z32 I think anyhow looks odd
