Anyone know where I could get a replacement UK rear windscreen from? Auto Glass (who my insurance use) say they can't get one.

Thanks,

Phill

Try Nissan

Or a breaker, just needs a delicate touch to remove it.

Rear screens were never made as a pattern part, in fact none of the glass was other than the windscreen which Pilkongton do. New ones from Nissan are around the £600 mark which are made by a Japanese glass manufacturer. I'd buy a used one if you can find a good one.

Last resort maybe?.. https://conceptzperformance.com/Cart/description.php?II=9416

Otherwise, if you get no luck with Mike and the shipping is extortionate (which I'm sure it will be) your best bet is a breaker. When I replaced all mine for UK blue tint glass, I managed to source quite a few UK bootlids. The blue tint is also found in factory painted blue JDM variants and all later spec JDM cars.

The part# for a blue tint 2+2 rear windscreen is 90300-37P00. The diagram below shows the various elements

used in its fixing. Try for a s/h one off a breaker.

Thanks guys

Apparently Nissan themselves can't supply, according to Auto Glass. I may call them myself just to be sure though.

Contacted ConceptZ... $800 shipping...

may be easier to buy a complete tailgate from a wrecker. That way you wouldn't have to mess about with the seals and trims and and with the money saved you could get it repainted.......
